Fiquei na residência Yasmina 8 dias. Quarto: espaçoso, tem tudo o que você precisa, água quente o tempo todo e muito limpo. Funcionários: Muito simpáticos e gentis. Localização: bem no centro. Ao lado da rodoviária. A 7 minutos da praia. Muitas lojas ao redor da resina. Piscina, pequena. Mas não há vento algum. Praia: Com cerca de 5 km de extensão e 200 m de largura, à noite em alguns trechos fica mais larga. A água está limpa. Muito bem cuidado pela polícia. O tempo todo caras tentam vender coisas para você. A estrada da praia é incrível, com cerca de 3 km de comprimento e muitas palmeiras. Agadir: cidade enorme. Muito a fazer. Não perca o souk (há 2 grandes), o Crocopark, o kasba e uma viagem a Taghazout que é incrível. Bilhete de ônibus para crocopark4 dhr. Taghazout 7 horas.

What a great experience! For our first trip to Morocco we booked an apartment in the older part of the hotel. We were delighted with this place as soon as we entered. Great welcome, friendly staff and a good sized apartment with everything you need for holiday or longer stays. Our room (408) looked out onto the tennis club, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing people playing/training. The location is excellent. Walking distance to beach/shops/restaurants and the area is very safe all day including in the evening. It's incredible value for money and we're planning to come back as soon as we can. We might try the more modern rooms but we were very comfortable in the older apartment.

Overall not a bad experience but could have had some amendments and would have been better. As advertised on website no cafe to be seen in hotel, not able to purchase drinks by pool so ended up taking from room. There are no hotel toilets that we could find so always going to room and back down to pool if needed bit of a pain. Rooms are OK, cleaning done every day which was nice. Kitchen facilities not bad but could do with a few bits such as a plastic chopping board not wooden and a spatula to flip eggs etc. No English channels but the news this was upsetting mostly felt it catered for french and german people. We were in older part of building and this you could tell as pictures not the same on website. Not enough sun beds for everyone but made do. As there are tennis courts behind please be prepared to hear this until 9pm most nights but interesting to watch from balcony somedays. Staff are friendly and helpful and always greeted us when we saw them. No air conditioning and this was advertised when we booked. Lounges in reception very large and the grounds were beautiful and had some nice water features. Be mindful rooms can be smoked in and found ashtrays in lounge and bedroom, sofas were large but had cigarette burns on covers not nice, but tile work was beautiful. Wifi not great but did the job most nights. For a cheap 2 week holiday not bad as stated you get what you pay for.

Our second visit to Residence Yasmina and loved it as much as the first time. Apartments are spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and professional. The reception arranged for a doctor for me when I was sick and asked about my health each day. We are hoping to return next February. Thank you everyone at Residence Yasmina for a great experience.

After having been made redundant from a very stressful job I needed a place to recuperate and Yasmina Agadir has given me just that and so much more!!! My initial booking was just for 4 nights but as soon as I had set foot in my room (1101) which was overlooking the most exotic beautiful garden kept to an excellent standard, I extended my stay to 1 month and 23 days!!! I found the level of customer service to be excellent and one of its kind. Everyone has made me feel extremely welcome, and they were very helpful to address any issues that I have raised with them including maintenance in which they will deal with straight away even when there was no urgency attached to it. The rooms were very well kept and exceptionally made clean by the cleaning ladies who were very thorough, hard-workers and super efficient. My room was very spacious and homely, and it had everything I needed including well equipped kitchen that allowed me to prepare healthy food. The location of Yasmina Agadir was amazing as everything was within a walking distance from local shops to the beach, and the city center of course. The accommodation has two small pools which appeared to be very well used and liked by everyone including the children. My best friend who came over from Paris towards the end for 10 days also re-confirmed everything I have experienced in Yasmina Agadir. He also understood why I stayed for so long at YA and saw the true positive changes within me!!! The only thing that I had slight trouble with was the WiFi which was not reliable but for me the other positives were far more greater and enriching. I am in the believe that any business needs a great manager like Ayuob who in my eyes succeeded in creating a welcoming environment that has high customer care at its heart. I am also particularly grateful the help and support I received from him during my stay. Thank you Ayoub from the bottom of my heart. Though I won’t recall everyone's name, I want to thank Mehdi, Mustafa, Mariam, Hisham, Amin and all the other floor staff from maintenance to parking attendants. Their infectious smile and greetings is something that I will always cherish and stays with me:-) For the future customers, YA has endless positive reviews which is what drew to me in the first place so please do not waste your valuable time with more searches, just book it and you won’t regret it!!!
