"Booked this hotel because I had an interview in the Addison area and I didn’t see any terrible reviews regarding cleanliness or anything, just needed a place to sleep. The location was by far the best part, it was so close to everything in Addison. However, just about everything else was very disappointing. I’d known from reviews that it had been renovated, but I wasn’t aware it was still being renovated and that there would be a good amount of rooms, including the one right next to us on both sides, with the door just propped open getting renovated. We had a room on the first floor first and it was clean enough, there was a spider in the bathtub but the beds looked fine. That was until I looked up at the wall after my shower and there was a huge roach crawling. It ended up crawling into my bed so we told the front desk and they let us switch rooms. We walked upstairs to our next room, and we passed many of the open doors, it was pretty eerie. Then we get in our room, free of bugs it seems and clean enough, except the AC did not work. It took all night for it to cool off even a little bit and it was extremely loud. Not ideal for the night before an interview. We also noticed in the second room that there was some stuff painted over on the wall, but it was much better than the roach. Second day went smoothly, until we were napping and I got woken up by paint fumes in our room. It was literally so strong that it woke me up from a nap. I went to the door to see and they were I guess painting the room next door. But I should not be smelling the fumes that strong and especially not at 9pm on a Friday, it felt unsafe. The renovation people were consistently in an out of rooms and leaving stuff in the hallways too. Overall, you get what you pay for, and I should’ve paid a little more for a nicer hotel, but I would definitely not stay here again."

"O hotel está localizado num local ideal: perto do Aeroporto de Addison e a 20 minutos do aeroporto de DFW. No entanto, a minha experiência global foi terrível. A pressão Da água no banheiro era baixa, e o telhado do banheiro estava EM mau estado, exigindo pintura e reparações.A lavandaria do convidado não estava disponível.O distribuidor de gelo no terceiro andar não estava funcionando.A distribuição do pequeno-almoço era limitada. Os Mesmos itens foram repetidos.Fiquei por Cinco noites.A piscina não estava limpa, as folhas secas estavam por toda a piscina.A equipe me ajudou a conduzir para um restaurante maravilhoso perto para jantar. O equipamento de ginásio foi limitado e só três pares de dumbells estavam disponíveis (17 kg, 25 kg e 35 kg), sendo uma experiência geral de má experiência, tendo em conta a marca Radisson."

"Wonderfully clean, a very good location to travel to neighboring cities within the metropolitan. Did not have breakfast, but it smelled amazing. Parking all around the hotel, and really liked having some shade trees to park under. The standard king was spacious, and while the bathroom was a modest size compared to other Hampton Inns, the height of the shower doors prevented water all over the floor (I'm 6'5). Small things matter. Open about 5 months, remodeled competing chain hotel. Exceptional work."
