STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! This hotel used to have a great customer service and clean rooms.I recommended it for so many of my diaspora friends to come and stay at this hotel. My recent stay was horrible to say the least!! My husband and I, and my sister stayed for 20+ days!! We also added rooms when we have friends and families come over. We brought so many clients to this hotel. After this experience, we would never come back to this hotel let alone to recommend it to others!! It all starts with the hotel’s clueless management team. I have met the manager( Helena ) who don’t have a clue what being a hotel manager is.The restrooms at the hotel smells so bad and when we told the manager, she said when she checked it and it didn’t smell 🤦 She offered to move us to another room but my husband said it is the way the building is built so it will smell even if we change rooms.Therefore, we ended up not moving to another room. Furthermore, we gave them our clothes for laundry and they gave us a damaged clothes back. The manager acknowledged the damage but couldn’t take responsibility. She kept blaming their third party laundry team. The manager said she won’t charge us 80birr/each for the clothes but she won’t take our clothes to laundry anymore. We weren’t going to give them our clothes back for them to damage it but customer suppose to say that not her. It is their fault but the manager tried to blame us for their own fault. She doesn’t seem to understand she is the face of the hotel. If you ask for towel or tissue paper, you have to go get it your self because they don’t even show up. I had to call at least 4/5 times for them to get it. There is Chakka Buna next to the hotel. The music is so loud that we could not sleep. When we told the front desk at Eyomer, she didn’t even bother to care. My sister had to call Chaka to let them know that it is 1Am and we couldn’t sleep.Eyomer has terrible staff members too especially the night shift. Their generators don’t work. Every time the lights are out, they kept saying we have have a technician on his way to fix it. When I talked to the manger she said we have someone come and fix it. Helena said there is nothing she can do. She didn’t even want to apologize. She has such a bad bad attitude. They also told us that my Zenit hair oil is on the pillow case and they could not wash it off. Mind you, they have a chemical that damages a jeans but they don’t have a chemical that washes off hair oil from the pillow case 🤦 Over all, our stay was horrible at Eyomer. We came from states for short period of time and this time our hotel experience was terrible!
