Fomos colocados neste hotel pela cidade aérea Ethiopian devido a uma escala de mais de 10h no país, apesar de ser uma rede conhecida e teoricamente padrão em atendimento e estrutura, não tivemos sorte na nossa pernoite, o jantar sem opções, o hotel sem nenhum cuidado com o covid, Internet fraca, não parece ser de boa higiene, o banheiro do quarto vazava água do vaso, da pia, o box estava meio solto, faltava manutenção em vários lugares o café da manhã e extremamente fraco.

Clean, exceptionally helpful staff, very good value for money, very easy to find for transportation - and I had seen earlier reviews about hot water and this has definitely been resolved. (Plenty of nice showers!) Any time I had a question or issue, it was solved immediately.
Great coffee shop in the lobby, and most notably - I forgot a tablet in the lobby when I left and they kept and were responsive immediately. Plus, free airport shuttle.
Absolutely will stay again.
Note - I'm a business traveler.

My recent stay at Tulip Hotel was made exceptional by the staff's professionalism. I really liked it.i decided at the last minute to try out the Tolip Olympia for breakfast .but i mate good staff with amaizing service and i move to this hotel.the receptions are busy but they always ready to help.the honesty of the staff is one of their quality Thanks to Tolip olympia Hotel.

This is my second time when i stay in Tolip Hotel.but my scond stay is wonderful all things are changed the staff are complitley changed ,The Management are new i really appriciate the way they take care of me.i recommend this hotel for all of you

My stay at Tolip Olympia Hotel was exceptional. From the impeccable service to the clean and comfortable room, every aspect of my experience surpassed my expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided cater to every need. The breakfast was super with many options both local and international, and every dish was impeccably prepared and presented in the restaurant by chef Tariku and others who are great at what they do. The attentive service enhanced the dining experience, making each meal a memorable occasion. The staff at Tolip Olympia are the symbol of professionalism and hospitality. From the friendly smiles at the reception to the personalized chats with managers and staff, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and attentiveness. Special mention and gratitude to the manager Dawit and deputy manager Yael, the sales executive Adiam as well as Bruk and Kidist at the restaurant, who made me feel that I was at home. Dawit allowed me a late check out for free. Thank you Yael and the team for the delicious farewell cake! I recommend this hotel highly and look forward to returning in the future.

An affordable tourist hotel with pleasant and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and a comfortable bed.. It was worth the money Coopers to other hotels I paid in Addis. Breakfast buffé with nice fresh fruit and fresh made omelett. Next time I will stay there again. Transfer to and from AirPort included and the breakfast. Around the corner is avery small resturant called Sambusa with good tasty sambusas

Excellent customer service ,the location is perfect,the internet is great.the staff is so polite i has some requests and they responed quickly.the receotionists was very freindly with good smile.my comment is is only about the breakfast it need some additional varieties.

This is a go to for dependable rooms,decent service and freindly staff .their price is usually reasonable compare to the others and this is the best tastament to my satisfaction with the hotel.if you are in Addis Ababa for a quick stopover,this us great place to stay.
