The Inn was nice. It was clean and was perfect for our one-night stop. However, the shower was outdated, and the porcelain was chipped in places. We reserved a king- bed room months ago, but when we arrived, we were informed that we were issued a double room instead, despite the fact we called in earlier during the day to confirm our reservation! The staff who greeted us was friendly.

The family running this place seems very nice and helpful. However, the walls are paper thin and we seemed to have a bunch of regional sports teams staying the same time as us. It was insanely loud and we did not get any sleep. We will never stay at this place again. They really need more sound proofing.

I liked the location. It was near to all the places I wanted to visit. The room was clean, equipped with a small fridge and a microwave oven. Bed was comfortable enough.
The only thing is that there was no recycling system. Recyclable material had to end up in the trash, but that's more an issue of the state of Massachusetts, really.

The sheets showed stains that didn't completely wash out so I had to sleep in my clothes. The shower looked terrible and I wouldn't get into it. The price was too high for the quality.

While dated, this traditional 70's-type motel had what we needed for traveling with our dog. There were grounds for children to play and dogs to walk. No coffee or breakfast. My only real complaint would be the extremely strong odor from the cleaning solution.

We wanted a place to stay near West Concord without breaking the bank, and the options are pretty limited in the area. We later learned that under a previous management, The Minuteman had a bad reputation among the locals.
We're very pleased to report that an immigrant family, cute kids & all!, runs the business very well. They really care about the property and it shows. Everything was clean and they were very courteous. We wish them all the best! Great option for those of us on a budget.

It was a no frills room that was reasonably priced and in the general location that I want to be at. If there had been other options I would have taken it. The room was nice. Bathroom was small. The walls were thin. Refrigerator was cold. Coffee maker was in the room. My only complaint would have to be the dirty washcloth on top of the shower head. It was a typical motor court from the '60s. The staff appeared friendly. Did have a slight problem understanding the person at the counter when I checked in. All in all it was an okay stay.

It was a convenient stay. The room had a smell (nonsmoking room but seemed like with a mild smoke smell). The bed was good, but the rest kind of modest.
