We Hotel Acapulco

Excellent staff!! Pool area was clean and plenty of space for loungers.

I was attracted to this hotel by its price and pictures. I cannot blame the hotel for making it look better than it is, with its wide angle photos making it appear larger than it is. Yet it was disappointing to see its true size, small reception, dated doors and corridors , very noisy and uncontrollable A/C. We reserved and paid 4 nights yet left after 3 when the return of beach towels became an issue. Location is across the street from beach but away from *****, not ideal for restaurants except for a very few

The service is no good

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the beach, does not have restaurant but in front of the hotel on the beach there are many good restaurants. What we did not like the most is the lack of a fridge in the room. Our room had the small of sewer in the bathroom, probably coming from the shower drain

My stay was comfortable. Ive stayed ay this hotel many times. The only issue is the wifi is non existence so if you're traveling for work and need wifi you wont have any luck. But i would stay here again

Literally across from the beach, a super location if you don't want to be in the busy section of Acapulco. The hotel does have a restaurant open on the weekends with a variety on the menu. A couple of restaurants close by as well as an OXXO (convenience store) however if you want something more than traditional Mexican food you will need to walk, or taxi. We enjoyed the pools and appreciated how everything was clean with lots of loungers and umbrellas. Bar is open during the week to get a cold drink poolside. Our room was spacious with a balcony that faced the pool and ocean giving us a great view on the 5th floor. Check in was easy and friendly and all staff made us feel like it was our home and were very helpful. Air conditioning was awesome, wifi was slow and depending on where you sat in the room, accessible. Wifi around the pool was very strong. Bed was super comfy and great pillows! Lots of storage space, hangers, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and safe. We loved the coffee maker, bottled water/coffee/tea each day. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We had a small table and chairs as well as one lounge chair. Great place to stay if you love having the beach only a few feet from your room.

Fantastic hotel, right opposite the beach. Big, air conditioned rooms with massive windows and superb views. Modern bathroom with a large shower. Very friendly and helpful staff.
