What a little gem of a hotel this is ! The room we were given was lovely with a sea view as well which was a lovely touch 👌 The pool area was so chilled and with views of the Atlantic Ocean thrown in 😃 The only slight gripe was not having the room cleaned or fresh towels throughout our 5 night stay. All in all a great place to stay.

We arrived here on April 13th around 4am. We were greeted by a pleasant lad, we had already checked in online, so it took very little time. We were awoken the next day to large modern apartment with pool view and sea views of La Gomera. We were staying in a loft room which is one of the bigger rooms with separate bedroom to the back and pool views in the living area. We had a beautiful balcony with tables & chairs and two sunbeds. You have a sink, fridge, microwave, and a kettle on request. Bedroom area is great, beds brilliant and the place has that feel of being brand new, shower area one of the best we have had, AC is wonderful, but only in the bedroom, when slider door is closed the room outside can get very warm and wonder what that would be like in July? Cleaning was every 3/4 days which was not a problem except for change of towels. It was virtually impossible to keep 2 hand and bath towels clean for 4 days. Maybe a suggestion for towel could be a bit bigger as one size definitely does not fit all. We were on a half board basis for the first two weeks and just B&B for the 3rd week. You can swop the dinner for lunch, this is great idea as you are not tied in to having dinner every night. Breakfast is fantastic and a great variety of food and fresh goods, It can be very busy in the mornings but Jose the restaurant manager keeps everything running smoothly. He is very professional but also very friendly and helpful. Lunch menu is very good and great value. Unfortunately, dinner for us was not as enjoyable, quality of Food was excellent but its cooked and left under heated lamps so ends up dried out. The sun loungers are brand new so very comfortable, and the pool is heated, The chill out area out the back great with beanbags and swings. The have a work area which comes in very handy here when working abroad and the wi-fi is 100%, GYM is there for those that need this beside the work out are also, free filtered water is a great plus also. Restaurants to the left and right of the hotel, we hired a car for week one and 3, parking can be a little tight and sometimes hard to find spots, There is a steep hill to the right of the hotel which is a about a 6 minute walk to an array of bars and restaurants to choose from so you won’t go hungry if you want to get out of the hotel. The Hotel caters for all, but in my opinion, it’s for young couples, older groups also and a real plus is for people working here on site, staying on business and pleasure mixed. Not too sure if it is for younger kids, just my opinion. The hotel a hidden gem, it can be all lively as you want it to be or as chilled out as you want. We felt like we were staying in an apartment but had all the frills of a hotel. Overall, an excellent place to stay, everything is new (only opened since December 2023) The one thing that this hotel has that stands out from the rest is the staff, from, the bar staff and food staff at the kitchen and Tomas the hotel manager. We’ve had a brilliant week here. Initially we were a little disappointed with the lack of view from our balcony. However, when we asked to be moved to a room with a better view it wasn’t a problem and we moved rooms within the hour. The hotel is squeaky clean, absolutely spotless. Our room was cleaned every day during our 7 night stay. We were provided with clean towels every day and the cleaners made the beds up. You can hire towels for the pool if you like (€10 deposit which you get back when you return the towel). There is a good quality hairdryer in the room (not one of those that are attached to the wall with a 6 inch flex that switches off when you take your finger off the button - but a really good one). We took a travel kettle for our room as I like a brew on the balcony first thing in the morning and there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room). However, food and drinks are available in the lovely restaurant downstairs. We only ate at the hotel on a couple of occasions as we like to eat out when on holiday but the food we did have in the hotel was some of the best we had had over our weeks holiday. There are plenty of sun beds to go round and none of that silly reserving a sun bed at 5am with a towel ritual. There are big boy hammocks, bean bag sofas and swinging egg chairs by the pool. We enjoyed using the gym which has a couple of exercise bikes, a cross trainer, running machine and lots of free weights/machines. Staff are approachable and friendly. There’s a supermarket nearby and a few bars/restaurants. The overall feel of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. We had a really lovely, memorable holiday.

Fabulous hotel, clean and luxurious…the pool area is amazing and our balcony was HUGE! The staff really go the extra mile from letting us check out late, printing my boarding pass and booking our boat trip (Tomás & Wilmer) There’s plenty to do in the area, we hiked and swam at the sea pools both easily accessible from the hotel…not that you’d ever need to leave if you didn’t want to!! I loved my stay and can’t wait to return 😊

This was our second time visiting this hotel and it was a no brainer. Everything perfect, clean, modern. The hotel staff were amazing too from reception to bar staff. Barbara was there on both visits, in January and now in April, and she remembered us. She makes amazing Piña Coladas and is always chatting away. We loved her tattoos as much as she loved ours. If you like a bit of peace and quiet, the hotel has some private sunbathing rooftops, just ask the staff and they’ll point you in the right direction. There is food available throughout the day and the dinner menu changes every night. If you’re not a fan of the food, there are nice places within walking distance that I would recommend (Costa Varadero, El Mesón, La Gaviota). Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone 10/10

Excellent hotel, love the concept. Immaculately clean . Staff are more than helpful. Pool is beautiful and the job done on the gardens is first class, The value for money this hotel offers is amazing. Room is tidied everyday not cleaned as such in regards moping floors etc, Breakfast was plentiful but I’d say more continental To finish well done to everyone on this wonderful hotel.

Well cleaned room on our arrival. Big balcony, stunning sea wiew, with associated sunset. Breakfast with many options and staff looking after re-filling in good matter and fast cleaning of tables. Lots of fruits options and fresh as far as it can be. Pool area is hughe with lot of sunbeds available all day. Pool bar serving well tasted lunch easily taken to sunbed. Cleaning of room and changes of linnen ones a week. From my point of weiv, changes of linnes should been performed at least twice a week due to humidity. To keep the room in good "shape" during holiday is personal, but preferable also to increase cleaning of room to twice a week. Summary: Good location, great staff. Laid back atmosphere wich is grateful experiense during relaxing, or if you choose, active vacation..

Beautiful location with sea view (which isnespecially beautiful at sunset). The staff is friendly and helpful (thanks again to Wilmer!) Small but well equipped gym. The restaurant offers good meals for a decent price. We had a great stay:)
