My stay at kingsgate hotel was not great. The wifi kept going off in our room. We had to keep calling the reception for someone to come up and fix it. For 4days it was the same thing over and over again with the wifi. Also they limit your device usage. Like im not a novice when it comes to hotel stays but seriously limiting it to 2 deviceses!? Its 2022 guys!
We also had issues with the key card, me and my husband would always go out during the day, whenever we return to our room the key cards wouldnt be working we had to go down to reception for them to update it. Like they should have programmed it for the duration of our stay! When i told this issue they said that maybe because its next to my phone, like i literally have my office key card in my phone case but i never get any issues. What a lame excuse also i keep the key card on my wallet so that i dont lose it 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Service is weak, rooms are old, facilities are not good. Dont stay here its not worth your buck.
