The front desk was very amateur, there was no one for a long time when I checked in. It took about half an hour to check Ctrip's order and I haven't figured out how many rooms were booked. Breakfast is boiled eggs to eat, very unfriendly to the Chinese. Coffee is on the top floor and not in the restaurant.
