Hotel lacks addressing too minor issues of a guest, which impacts heavily on the over-all experience. I stayed in Royal Suite, and the facilities were much below any budget room! I find a tea/coffee tray, with counted tea bags and coffee (2 each) sachets, without sugar! Icing on the cake is "No hot water kettle"! For international traveller like me, I needed an electric adopter to plug in my laptop / chargers etc. Hotel could not provide one (I had to venture out to market and buy one for myself!) For making tea you have to request "reception" (restaurant line does not work!) and they bring hot water which is warm... and again you have to ask for sugar cubes - by the time it arrived you are with a cold coffee / tea accessories with you! In spite of updating to the manager in charge, no improvement found! May be the team of staff are not well trained with good hospitality or lack resources? Added to the above, internet strength was miserable! My overall experience was below average..
