"Reading bad reviews about the place set our expectations low but we were pleasantly surprised. We would be arriving after closing hours but just a phone call to the reception and the late check in was solved. The room was good, we had our own refrigerator and when we required a freezer there were two small ones in the common kitchen. The kitchen was not as bad as expected from reading the reviews. No unpleasant smell from the refrigerators. The room was as mentioned to our satisfaction. Sturdy beds and an ok bathroom. The only complaint was that the cleaning could be better which I gave as feedback to the girl in the reception upon checkout. "

"On the day of check-in, after the scheduled check-in time, we had still not received any information regarding the access code to the property. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the phone numbers provided, which were either unavailable or non-existent, we eventually managed to find another number through Google and contacted the property via WhatsApp. To our surprise, we were informed that they had no knowledge of our reservation and that they had not noticed it because they had never received bookings through Trip.com before. We do not understand how this could happen, but as guests, we should not be affected by the property's internal issues. The property then offered us accommodation at a different address, claiming it would be an upgrade. However, upon arrival, we discovered that only one room was available, despite the fact that our reservation was for two rooms. After considerable discussion with the manager, an agreement was reached whereby we would stay in two separate rooms for the first night and in one room with extra beds for the second night. In addition, the property agreed to refund 50% of the amount paid. Approximately one hour later, after we had left for a short period, we returned to find that the manager had decided to remove our belongings from the second room without our consent. We were informed that we would now have to spend both nights in a single room with extra beds because there had been a last-minute reservation. As a result, the agreement that had just been reached was not respected. Throughout this experience, we faced repeated changes, lack of communication, and a service that was substantially different from what we had booked and paid for. We reserved and paid for two rooms, but this service was never provided. Although the property refunded 50% of the original reservation amount, we do not believe that this adequately compensates for the significant inconvenience, stress, wasted time, and the fact that the accommodation delivered was materially different from what was advertised and booked."

"A Cabinn Aalborg é uma excelente escolha para visitar Aalborg, a um preço muito bom. O hotel está muito perto das principais atrações e lojas da cidade. As quartos são Muito limpos e, como são compactas, são ideales para umas poucas noites de estadia. Sim, a casa de banho é pequena, MAS não é um problema.Você TEM tudo que precisa.O gel de sabão e chuveiro é fornecido, assim Como instalações para fazer chá e café. A única coisa que Pode melhorar é que a cortina de chuveiro Pode ficar com você enquanto usa. A sala estava Muito limpa. O pessoal era amigável, cheguei cedo para perguntar se era possível um check-in precoce e eles estavam felizes EM ajudar. Fico feliz por ficar aqui novamente e posso recomendar este hotel por alguns dias para visitar a Dinamarca."
