Estivemos de 01-04/02/23, fomos muito bem atendidos. O diferencial é o atendimento, especialmente do Hebany, garçom e da Roberia, recepcionista. Nos sentimos em casa! Nossa primeira vez no Espírito Santo e ficamos surpresos de ter praia e montanha no mesmo Estado e tudo pertinho, apenas tenham atenção ao radares na rodovia, são muitos.

The hotel is excellent! Well cozy, very good couple bed, the acoustic of the room is top, a shower with wonderful water outlet, hotel is top, recommended! It's the second time I stay and I'll probably stay others. But for the excellent infrastructure of the hotel, I didn't find breakfast proportional to your infrastructure, it's good, but I could have more options like, for example, juices and breads that are limited, but taking it all perfect!

The apartment 403 is very wide, has a King's double bed, very comfortable, the towels were exchanged every day as well as cleaning the apartment was done. The bathroom is large, the shower is excellent and the towels were exchanged every day (5). The day I arrived I realized the hair dryer was not working, I warned the reception and the next day they put a new kid. My check-in was very pleasant with very careful receptionists. I would note 8 for the unique breakfast and exclusively because I didn't find the fresh breads except cheese bread, very tasty! I also thought the repair of items was quick, perfectly in line with demand. I know that it is possible to ask for meals, even soups, but I didn't use this service. The hotel has a large academy and pool with chairs. The fridgebar has always been overwhelmed with water, beer and cooling, as well as potato chips, cereals, peanuts and chocolates. I'm sure to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located at heart of Vitoria's nightlife. Very important on my circumstances was the free car parking. It's not easy find parking at that bohemian area. Restaurants is available on ground floor. The room size was surprisingly good and practically furnished. Had a shower at 5am and the hot water was readily available. Highly recommended establishment.

Below average stay at this property. While the hotel had a kind staff and a good location across from the beach, this property leaves a lot to be desired for. This was my third time (and last) at this property and here are the reasons for the below average rating. We checked in to a room that the A/C was defective and the TV would not turn on with the remote control. After calling downstairs for assistance, no one came. On my way out to dinner, I reminded the front desk of the issues. Upon return from dinner around 11pm, we were told that we would need to change rooms. No help whatsoever from the hotel staff in transferring our belongings from one floor to another. I find it absurd that the front desk would not know about the room issues before checking us in. Once in the new room, the TV had the same issue and the door handle to the bathroom was lose until it finally fell. Housekeeping was incapable of notifying staff of the problem the next day and upon return to the room from lunch, the handle was laying on top of the TV. I tried notifying the front desk before leaving for lunch but it had one person attending guests and I had to leave for my commitment. I finally was able to get assistance at 7pm on my third night. Again, I find it absurd that the door handle issue wasn’t fixed beforehand. The restaurant seems to be handled to an outside vendor. Service for dinner was slow and not up to par. Food was average and replaced slowly during breakfast. Overall, not a great experience at this property and will not be staying there anymore. I have communicated all the issues to the manger on duty and hope they will be able to serve their future guests in a better manner than the service I received.

First of all we want (my wife and I) to thank you for the hospitality – since our arrival, the exit - with which we were received by the Team (Reception, Restaurant, Bars, ...) of Hotel Nobile Suites Diamond Hotel Victoria. Thank you! However, our disappointment with regard to the facilities is also recorded, and the feeling is that they have made a “small” pull in the upper floor (which has no lift access) with low-cost/quality materials. The doors that gave access to the room balcony were still dirty of gips, with difficulty opening in the funeral of the dirt. These points deprive the image of the hotel and the service of the staff. The maximum point of “deception” was to receive literally scrapped towels, shoved ... Very sad ... Please note that all these points were reported to the Co-operators directly (presently) of the Saturday night round (04/06/2022) and Sunday morning round (05/06/2022). I hope that this will help the new guests not pass the same unpleasant experience we have.

Eu esperava mais de um Hotel Ibis. O quarto é bem limpo. O café para os hóspedes é gratuito, porém fraco e também cobra para não hóspedes, o que torna bem movimentado, não tem conforto, tendi as vezes que esperar para poder tomar, já que não havia lugar. Pela primeira vez que vi um quarto com um banheiro só para o sanitário e um outro só para banho. O que deixa os dois apertados e o lavabo é no quarto, não é nem na parte do sanitário e nem do chuveiro. A localização do hotel é boa... Dá para ir a pé nas praias, tem um grande hipermercado com lanchonetes e restaurantes bem na frente do hotel, porém um bairro um tanto quanto perigoso (não sei se é sempre, mas esse final de semana estava). Enfim, esperava bem mais do hotel, mas não é ruim.

It has a restaurant for lunch in the hotel with excellent food and carpay varied well daily ( buffet kg $84.90) only the 3 lifts that are very old, but it's worth the experience. The city road is 2 km from this hotel, and for whom you like old weddings, it is very close to the historic part of the city with museums and churches to visit.

The hotel was nice and clean with courteous staff. The breakfast , dinner menu are okay for people coming from India like myself. I was put up at this hotel for business purpose during the Covid 19 peak time, and the hotel did manage it well to keep the infectious virus at bay.

Great room, large and wonderful view. The garage service, currently charged, hinders and makes access longer. Free access to the garage floor was better. Reception is polite and and check in is quick if the guest has an early booking.

Estivemos de 01-04/02/23, fomos muito bem atendidos. O diferencial é o atendimento, especialmente do Hebany, garçom e da Roberia, recepcionista. Nos sentimos em casa! Nossa primeira vez no Espírito Santo e ficamos surpresos de ter praia e montanha no mesmo Estado e tudo pertinho, apenas tenham atenção ao radares na rodovia, são muitos.

Below average stay at this property. While the hotel had a kind staff and a good location across from the beach, this property leaves a lot to be desired for. This was my third time (and last) at this property and here are the reasons for the below average rating. We checked in to a room that the A/C was defective and the TV would not turn on with the remote control. After calling downstairs for assistance, no one came. On my way out to dinner, I reminded the front desk of the issues. Upon return from dinner around 11pm, we were told that we would need to change rooms. No help whatsoever from the hotel staff in transferring our belongings from one floor to another. I find it absurd that the front desk would not know about the room issues before checking us in. Once in the new room, the TV had the same issue and the door handle to the bathroom was lose until it finally fell. Housekeeping was incapable of notifying staff of the problem the next day and upon return to the room from lunch, the handle was laying on top of the TV. I tried notifying the front desk before leaving for lunch but it had one person attending guests and I had to leave for my commitment. I finally was able to get assistance at 7pm on my third night. Again, I find it absurd that the door handle issue wasn’t fixed beforehand. The restaurant seems to be handled to an outside vendor. Service for dinner was slow and not up to par. Food was average and replaced slowly during breakfast. Overall, not a great experience at this property and will not be staying there anymore. I have communicated all the issues to the manger on duty and hope they will be able to serve their future guests in a better manner than the service I received.

The apartment 403 is very wide, has a King's double bed, very comfortable, the towels were exchanged every day as well as cleaning the apartment was done. The bathroom is large, the shower is excellent and the towels were exchanged every day (5). The day I arrived I realized the hair dryer was not working, I warned the reception and the next day they put a new kid. My check-in was very pleasant with very careful receptionists. I would note 8 for the unique breakfast and exclusively because I didn't find the fresh breads except cheese bread, very tasty! I also thought the repair of items was quick, perfectly in line with demand. I know that it is possible to ask for meals, even soups, but I didn't use this service. The hotel has a large academy and pool with chairs. The fridgebar has always been overwhelmed with water, beer and cooling, as well as potato chips, cereals, peanuts and chocolates. I'm sure to recommend this hotel.

First of all we want (my wife and I) to thank you for the hospitality – since our arrival, the exit - with which we were received by the Team (Reception, Restaurant, Bars, ...) of Hotel Nobile Suites Diamond Hotel Victoria. Thank you! However, our disappointment with regard to the facilities is also recorded, and the feeling is that they have made a “small” pull in the upper floor (which has no lift access) with low-cost/quality materials. The doors that gave access to the room balcony were still dirty of gips, with difficulty opening in the funeral of the dirt. These points deprive the image of the hotel and the service of the staff. The maximum point of “deception” was to receive literally scrapped towels, shoved ... Very sad ... Please note that all these points were reported to the Co-operators directly (presently) of the Saturday night round (04/06/2022) and Sunday morning round (05/06/2022). I hope that this will help the new guests not pass the same unpleasant experience we have.

Eu esperava mais de um Hotel Ibis. O quarto é bem limpo. O café para os hóspedes é gratuito, porém fraco e também cobra para não hóspedes, o que torna bem movimentado, não tem conforto, tendi as vezes que esperar para poder tomar, já que não havia lugar. Pela primeira vez que vi um quarto com um banheiro só para o sanitário e um outro só para banho. O que deixa os dois apertados e o lavabo é no quarto, não é nem na parte do sanitário e nem do chuveiro. A localização do hotel é boa... Dá para ir a pé nas praias, tem um grande hipermercado com lanchonetes e restaurantes bem na frente do hotel, porém um bairro um tanto quanto perigoso (não sei se é sempre, mas esse final de semana estava). Enfim, esperava bem mais do hotel, mas não é ruim.
