Location is superb which public bus stop is just in front of the hotel, airport bus stop also right in front, metro is just 300m walking distance away… WanLiMiao Pedestrian Streets is just beside the hotel which have nice lighting at night And a few big shopping mall just walking distance away.. Nice Place 👍 Grand lobby area with very polite bell boy and receptionist.. The room is a bit disappointed compare to the Grand Lobby area they have 🫣🫢 but is clean (The price is for the room,the grand lobby is a bonus☺️) They provide free snacks in the room everyday (fruits,small bread,milk and etc) Will choose this hotel again for the next visit 😊

I came to Shijiazhuang for a trip on May 1st. Local friends recommended this state-owned five-star hotel. The choice was very correct. It is worthy of being the first five-star hotel in Hebei Province. The location is good and travel is very convenient. There is free parking and the subway station is right outside. There is a place to rest in the lobby, free fruit tea, juice, and masks can be taken by yourself. What makes me most satisfied is the service here, especially the little girls at the front desk Xiaoxian, Xiaoqin, Supervisor Ran, the lobby manager Xiaohan, and the concierge manager. They really made me feel what caring and enthusiastic service is. The first-class service level [Strong][Strong][Strong], I will recommend it to my friends, and I will stay here again when I come to Shijiazhuang next time.

A good value for money option in the heart of Shijiazhuang. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier on my part. Absolutely loved the view from the 17th floor over the provincial museum and downtown. The breakfast was a little lacking e.g. no fresh orange juice and what looked to be leftovers from the previous night’s dinner. I imagine this hotel was awarded its 5 stars a few years back but today I’d say it only really deserves 4, despite this, still an overall good choice.

Smooth check-in, asked a lot of unnecessary questions thorough. The non-smoking room was small, old, but clean so very suitable for the price. Breakfast had many Chinese options with a few western style options. Overall a good first experience.

I have stayed at Hebei International Building twice this year. The four-star hotel and five-star experience are well-deserved. On October 27th, due to my own negligence, I booked the wrong check-in time on the platform. Fortunately, the two ladies at the front desk were patient and helpful and professional, allowing us to check in smoothly. From front parking, elevator management, free drinks in the corridor to room bedding, bathroom towel hooks and toiletries, every detail of the hotel is convenient and comfortable. The richness of the breakfast is particularly satisfying. Located in the business center, the hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. Opposite is Hebo, four large restaurants and cafes, laundry, parking lot downstairs, and the front door guidance and services are in order. I highly recommend the fresh food shop run by the building. You must buy bread, sandwiches and deli every time you stay at the hotel. Many thanks to Jin Li, the floor manager on the 11th floor, for being warm and considerate and solving the guests' needs in a timely manner. In short, it is our only choice to stay in Hebei International Building when visiting Shijiazhuang.
