The room I was offered was big and clean with a view facing Macau Tower. If you want tranquility, it is a very good option as there is no ****** and far from the crowd. One can take bus no 9 or 16 or it is just 20 minutes walk (including 2 minutes walk on paved slope) from the city centre to the hotel. The day I had breakfast met a large group of packaged tour. The breakfast was so so.

You can tell the hotel’s age by its lobby, and it can get really busy especially in the afternoon and with a ****** connected to it. While the hotel room itself is spacious, clean and well appointed, the overall design of the hotel is a very typical tacky type of grandeur you would find in **************. It has that dark, busy design. The people working there were very friendly and helpful however, and the breakfast was fantastic. They have a cheese platter, deli meats, breakfast burritos, different kinds of oils and sauces for pasta, salmon, rye bread, and the pastry on offer was really good, especially the flavored croissants.

The hotel is close to the streets where you can find local restaurants for dinner and stalls for commodities. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I really like the toddlers dental kit super cute, and gave us more bath robe. I could see the swimming pool from the windows. The swimming pool water was clean and we love the pool since it’s has a heater. And the good thing if you don’t have a sunblock, a huge gallon available there which is free to use. And we did enjoy at the jacuzzi. There are lots of expensive stores around if you want to shop. The staffs are very friend and gave us fruits in the room.

The hotel is located very near to the Macau immigration depots from China Zhuhai and is very well served by taxi. This hotel is a family Hotel where you have everything within the and obviously the ****** is an added attraction for adults.The free bus provided to Macau is also making my stay better but I feel that the starting time should be adjusted to 10 AM instead of 12 noon. I find the serving of popcorn is something which allowed Family having children an added attraction. The checking in counter is also very well staffed and was done orderly and fast. The room is also very comfortable and surprisingly there are a total of 14 minerals water. I surely will continue to stay in the same hotel for my future visits.

The rooms were huge and clean. The location of the hotel is ideal, there is convenience store just directly beside the hotel and there were eateries nearby within walking distance. The place is not overly crowded with people and not secluded either. Just right for our liking. The service at the front desk were alright. The hotel breakfast was horrible though, the restaurant was crowded, the food stations were unkept and the food itself was either too dry, too oily or taste bland. It was disappointing as the breakfast doesn't come with the hotel room booking, we made separate purchase for it. I would still consider staying in the same hotel for the rooms but definitely not getting their breakfast again.

HarbourView Hotel is located at the middle of Fisherman’s Warf with the Legend hotel and Hotel Rock located at the northern and southern end points. Sands ****** is located just across the road so ****** lovers will love the location. We stayed here for 3 nights and opted for the standard room. Services are excellent. One phone call to the front desk and they move fast to get the work done. Breakfast is comprehensive if you like Chinese food, but they still have good options if you prefer western food. Overall an excellent choice given the room pricing. We will come back to stay again .

Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.

Old hotel but still clean and neat & big space compare to hotel at HK , front desk is friendly and cheerful , my kids like the hotel Bcz the room got bathtub 🛁… and there is a 24 hrs convenient store near by to the hotel about 2mins walk only … can get some drink or 🍺😍😍😍 and some snack etc… happy with my stay . Next to hotel there is a McDonald & restaurant 六楼后座food is nice 👍 … Will come again thanks !!!

Room is big and spacious, bed and pillow is comfortable. There's a ****** in the hotel itself, cross the street for another (bigger and newer) ******. Basic amenities all provided. My booking is inclusive of a complimentary hightea set, but the set can actually be a meal itself as we can order anything on the list that is below 45 MOC. Definitely coming back again if I'm at macau.

My mother chose this hotel as it was meant to be convenient. To be honest, this hotel is quite expensive, very dated, full of mainlanders, stunk like cigarette smoke everywhere , and needs a refurbishment to charge these prices. The staff were half half - some were very lovely and nice and others abrasive. I would recommend you don’t stay here and stay anywhere else for this price point (at least a hotel that’s recently refurbished).

Everything is good except the bed which is quite hard. Thanks to Catherine for the special room decor & tart for birthday celebration as well as info to eating places and ways around. Late checkout was also given for IHG member. Location near bus terminus. Free hotel shuttle to Sands ******. From Sands ******, there are several shuttle buses to ferry terminals, The Venetian, and The Londoner/Parisian. A very pleasant stay in Hotel Crowne Plaza Macau. Will stay in this hotel if ever be back in Macau.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOTEL. The room was immaculate so many little touches to make this stay great, included a pillow menu of choice. All the concierge staff were very helpful. As we visited in the low season, some of the pools were closed, though I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot hub! Thank you Jason for welcoming us and very helpful throughout our stay! Would recommend for anyone visiting this area!

This was one in a lifetime experience which was such a pleasure for me. The stuff seems to be very experienced with serving their guests and some more experienced than the others they make you feel more welcomed. There are so many great things to do inside the resort from Jacuzzi, yoga, walk by the beach, eat nice food or just sit outside and have a cup of tea while listening to nice music. They also have free shuttle rides to Coloane ***** which is nice. This resort is an ideal escape from our busy lifestyle you get to relax while you have nice food. I got to take really nice pictures when I was here. I would recommend this resort to my friends and would definitely book again in future.❤️

I arrived at the hotel very early, but the check-in time was 2 pm. The guy at the front desk helped store my luggage first and then went to play nearby. It was very close to Ruins of St. Paul's and surrounded by shopping stores. You need to pay a cash deposit of 500 when checking in. The room you stayed in was also very refined and elegant. The hygiene and service were also very good. I was very satisfied.

The location is very good, very close to St. Paul's. It only takes two minutes to walk there. At 7 o'clock in the morning, the tourists who went to St. Paul's have not yet arrived, so it is a good time to take pictures. The environment is clean and hygienic, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. Although the room is small, it has complete facilities and is newly opened. There are a lot of places to eat around, which is very convenient. The staff at the service desk are also very enthusiastic and will answer questions patiently. Take the purple ** bus from Guanzha to Ponte 16 Hotel, and then press the navigation button to reach your residence in five or six minutes. It's really convenient. I will stay here again next time I come.

The location is very good, very convenient and very close to Ruins of St. Paul's. The entire decoration of the hotel is relatively new and looks very bright and clean. There was a problem with the toilet in the bathroom at first, but luckily the Filipino guy at the front desk helped us solve it. He was really nice, friendly, and efficient. Although the room is small, it is fully functional and not very noisy at night. The only thing is that the windows cannot be opened for ventilation. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price? I will stay here again next time I come

For my wife and I, this is the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel. We’ve always wanted to stay at what is claimed to be a three star hotel, and we wanted to experience what it’s like to be here. We’ve stayed at Harborview hotel, which apparently is connected to the rocks hotel, as it’s part of the Macau, Fisherman’s Wharf Group. When we book hotels, we make sure that the hotel has a suitable gym, which at the very least should have an elliptical machine from my wife and some free weights for me. We found out later that Jim access will be at Harborview hotel, which we found quite surprising and satisfying because we like their gym. As for the room, the 40 square-foot room with balcony was surprisingly nice with two single beds that had relatively new sheets and a comfortable mattress. One thing also worth noting is that, though there are only four floors for the hotel, the venue for this hotel is extremely beautiful and photo worthy. The interior of the hotel has an 1800s Prague feel to it and you can tell that this hotel really cares about the upkeep and little details. Our room had a cute balcony where we took pictures and experienced the view of one of the Macau bridges, as well as the feeling of sitting outside, and enjoying a nice cup of tea. It’s also worth noting that all of their beauty care products are L’Occitane. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here at this hotel.

Was an absolute bargain to secure the suite at such a great price! The toilet, bed, pillows, blankets, bed as well as pillow covers were all clean and tidy without odour which is extremely important for a good night of relaxing rest! However, the fabric of the sofas and chairs was the one found in public transport, i.e. buses in London and in Hong Kong and its extremely old and dirty with patches and stains. I was somehow put off and do not dare to sit on them. The hotel should really replace those old furniture or replace the fabric so that the hygiene and cleanliness standard is even all across. At the moment, cleanliness of the toilet and bed as compared to the furniture and sofas is too much of a contrast... Late check out was granted which was deeply appreciated from my end as I normally check in at 6am and only have a couple hour of sleep :) On the downside, the manager at the reception should really improve his attitude towards hotel guest, as I found it very blunt and unwelcoming. Keeping a hotel key card as remembrance of my stay with the hotel is my habit. Normally, most hotels would not mind giving out one or sell it to the hotel guest at discounted price as souvenir, and at worst, the hotel guest would have to purchase the card at full price as a lost card to fulfill such purpose. All the manager then have to do is to tap the card against a machine to demagnetize or to let the chip within the card to make it not function. However, the manager denied my request repeatedly and made the security issue of the card such a fuss that there is no way that he could let guest keep the key card, be it for free or at a price. I then asked him whether I could report one of the cards as ”lost” and I would happily pay the price in full to keep it, as the outcome would be the same as purchasing one from the hotel. He bluntly said ”NO” in a relatively loud tone as the cards were not lost and that there were CCTV everywhere even though the result would be the same as a lost card. He also made the process in demagnetizing the card or make the chip within the card not working sounded as if its very complicated or like rocket science. He actually lied, as I sat at the lobby for a little longer as more guests checked out, he just asked his staff to tap the cards to make them not function... This is the only hotel that I have not been able to get a key card as remembrance with all hotel stays I had around the world and I am not happy at all with this morning shift male manager...

This was such a great hotel. The staff was so friendly and professional. The location is ideal - close to downtown Taipa where all the great restaurants are located. Lots of restaurants around the hotel as well. And the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, I didn't wanna leave. They were also kind enough to upgrade my room. That was so nice of them!

I really want to praise the excellent service provided by the Altira Macau. First of all, although the hotel is not located at where most of the luxury hotels are, but still it is very convenient and I think is even better than those like the Waynn Place, Parisian etc. Since it just takes a few minutes walk from the hotel, you can reach 711 and so many local restaurant that closes at midnight like 3am or even 24hrs. Which I think is quite important for a vacation. Secondly, as I booked this hotel at the very last minute(this is a birthday trip), still the Altira try their very best to arrange and help me to make this birthday trip a nice and great one. And the staffs are helpful and courteous. Thirdly, this time I’ve booked a suite. The room is large, the view is great which you can enjoy the night and day view of almost whole of the macau. This is a very nice experience and yet the best accommodations I’ve ever had in Macau. Thanks again to all the staffs at the Altira.

In general a good hotel, however during my stay the swimming pool was not working, all windows are sealed and the bathtub is super small (kid size) so it’s impossible to have normal air, but the thing that really annoyed me was that every time I go out, the room card key doesn’t work, so I every time I come back to the hotel I had to check it in the reception, I don’t know if this was only my room but that really bothered me, the food is good and the service is good, everybody are very cordial and everyone speak English . The location is good, trust me from the hotel to the city center is 40 Macau petacas (like 40rmb) everything is super closed so for the price is good. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious

Room in excellent shape; we actually had a triple that was spacious and designed and furnished as triple. 10th floor, we could see a little bit of the sea at the distance, but otherwise the view was not good. But the room great! The bathroom spacious very nice, modern, very functional, excepth that the bathtub was clogged. We had breakfast one day, which was not included, it was inexpensive at 50 MOP per person, but at least the western component was extremely basic (and the coffee, bad). The price was expensive by my standards, but I would stay again--the room was nice and confortable.

This was such a great hotel. The staff was so friendly and professional. The location is ideal - close to downtown Taipa where all the great restaurants are located. Lots of restaurants around the hotel as well. And the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, I didn't wanna leave. They were also kind enough to upgrade my room. That was so nice of them!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOTEL. The room was immaculate so many little touches to make this stay great, included a pillow menu of choice. All the concierge staff were very helpful. As we visited in the low season, some of the pools were closed, though I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot hub! Thank you Jason for welcoming us and very helpful throughout our stay! Would recommend for anyone visiting this area!

Lightning protection! Lightning protection! Lightning protection! Say important things three times! I stayed at the Banyan Tree Hotel with great anticipation, but stayed up all night. The sound of running water in the hotel's swimming pool has been making it impossible to sleep. I called twice to fix it in the middle of the night, but it still didn't work. For the third time, I had no choice but to let him drain the water in the pool against the sleepiness. Enjoy and cry! For hotels with swimming pools, it is recommended to check before checking in! careful! But the service attitude is good

Although it is a little out of distance from the airport, this hotel is excellent as it is very convenient to walk to places of interests and there are many different bus stations which makes travelling to the different places of interest a breeze. It is about a 7 minutes walk to Senado Square where you can have a wide variety of food, drinks and attractions.

This is my first time in Lisboa and it is 10/10 for me. The amenities are so awesome. The front desk Vivian is very accomodating. She let me check in 1pm and change the room as I requested with sauna. The housekeepong and dine in service are very good giving all my request in an instant. The one in the telephone also answer very politely. The jacuzzi and sauna in the room is a very plus so me and my friends enjoy the total experience. The bath soap and shampoos are Hermes. The bath salt was refilled as we requested. The drinks in the mini bar are for free. The view is perfect. The complimentary are very good. Only problem of this hotel is they have few plug to charge, and the wifi is too slow but we never mind at all. The swimming pool is quite huge and the staff are very Accommodating even cannot speak much english. Thanks for the umbrella and tumbler and the welcome keychains.☺️ we will definitely book again!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Hotel location very near to airport within walking distance , just cross the road opposite there you reach. Room is clean and spacious, comfort stay. Suggest to management, the Bed sheet need to change daily and remain fresh and clean. Else, will have one kind of smell. Check in sharp at 1430pm, strictly no early check-in. Only luggage storage provide ,must show the room booking record to proof the validation of stay. They will keep the luggage safety in the luggage room. Restaurant in the hotel dinning area, no worry of food. Bathtub,towel, hair-dryer all include. Free for drinking bottle water , tea only. TV , hotel slipper, kettle provided. Highly recommended for early flight traveler.

The room I was offered was big and clean with a view facing Macau Tower. If you want tranquility, it is a very good option as there is no ****** and far from the crowd. One can take bus no 9 or 16 or it is just 20 minutes walk (including 2 minutes walk on paved slope) from the city centre to the hotel. The day I had breakfast met a large group of packaged tour. The breakfast was so so.
