Everything met my expectations cleanliness comfort good lunch the only downside would have liked lunch available until 10 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. In short I recommend this establishment and will return

There is parking place, soundproofing is good, the service is very good, the staff is very good, the room will be disturbed when we go out to play, there is breakfast, breakfast is good. There is a supermarket, restaurant, and a bus stop right next to the hotel. If you don't drive, the traffic is very convenient.

Amazing and Clean Budget motel. We stayed here for a family wedding, had six rooms for the lot of us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very basic perfect for our needs. Staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. Would definateky recommend and will be staying here again for sure!!

Stayed at this hotel during both my daughters' graduations from Queen's since it was really close to the Leons Centre, where the ceremonies were held. -Hotel is very close to everything, walking distance to alot of restaurants and we were even able to walk to Queen's campus. -Breakfast was included and it came in take-out containers that we picked up in their cafeteria in the morning. It included a muffin, 2 boiled eggs, cheese, fruit and a juice. You could also order coffee or tea with it. -Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Only thing I did not like was that there were too many people hanging around the hotel steps during the day and night, not sure if they were transients or patrons staying at the hotel. -Parking was about $20 per day underground but you can also park across the street for much cheaper. Their underground parking was very limited but we always managed to get a parking spot every day. -Our hotel room was very clean, Yes it looked kind of dated but you can tell that they had made some renovations to it. We had a city view and it overlooked downtown Kingston. Had no issues with A/C. Bathroom had no vent so when we showered, the steam from the shower made our floor wet due to condensation I guess? -There was no housekeeping but they did change our towels daily. Overall, an average hotel and it served its purpose for our stay.

We aren’t writing this review to give a bad rep, we are writing this to help people’s expectations when booking. We just stayed here for Valentines Day to get away from our daily norm. We have this as a tradition and have slept in many King Suites. This one is perhaps the smallest one we have stayed in. The bed is a true King and it takes up a LOT of room, the heater/AC is right beside the bed and quite noisy, so you may have to sleep close together on the opposite side. The pillows are really hard, but some people might like that. There is a strange draft and windy noise that hovers above near the ceiling that never goes away. The jacuzzi tub is great but be careful since the hot and cold knobs slide off as they are broken and not screwed in. You can watch the TV from either the tub or bed but the remote isn’t connected so you’ll have to dry off to change the volume or to turn it on and off. The customer service was good, so if you can settle for all of these things mentioned, enjoy :)

It wasn’t near much, but that was ok. Otherwise it likely would have cost more per night. Continental breakfast was pretty standard. Free coffee in lobby 24/7. New and clean. Nice decor. Free parking. Pool and hot tub were small but sufficient. Might be harder to use when busier. I was there on a weekday.

Good service. Breakfast included except did not expect is take away kind of breakfast. Overall breakfast taste good and sufficient amount. Would prefer to allow earlier check in instead of having to wait till 3.00pm and check out is 11.00am which made the stay only for 20 hours instead of 24 hrs stay Bed Mattresses are a little too high for us (personal preference) Surrounding environment is excellent, quiet and clean

Great hotel with a beautiful view 🤩

Not our first time to the hotel. And definitely, not our last. Spacious, bright , clean rooms. Love the balcony overlooking the harbor. Highly recommend this hotel. Cant ask for better staff, reception, restaurant and of course the cleaning personnel. Special thanks to Ashlee ( hope I spelled that right) Our room was spotless and thanks for the question if you can do anything else for us. You made us feel very special.Also a big thank you to the server at breakfast. I am very sorry I did not catch your name. Breakfast was delicious ( thanks to the cook too ;) ).All in all , we will be back.
