Excelente hotel! Equipe muito educada e sempre à disposição para ajuda. Você pode encontrar tudo o que precisar, e muito mais. O restaurante é um diferencial, com excelente atendimento e opções diferenciadas para o café da manhã ou as principais refeições

I think the food tasting experience in the restaurant was beautiful with Ali Khalil and the chef team Ali, Adel, and Ahmed, and the reception experience with Maryam and Aya was very wonderful. I loved the place and the the decor 💕💕💕💕 💕💕

I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Centric! The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Omar at the reception made the experience truly unforgettable, he was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to attractions and dining options. I highly recommend Hyatt Centric for anyone looking for a top-notch stay with outstanding service. Thank you, Omar, for making my visit special!

Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff. Generous size room and very comfortable bed. Abdullah and Adnan in Housekeeping kept my room spotless and Mariam in Guest Relations was so so helpful and the prettiest smile in Egypt 😁.......🤩.....🤩

Brand new art hotel. The whole hotel was packed with nice artwork with respect to detail. The rooms, pool, bar and restaurant was very classy. The staff is awesome (Euginia, Gamal) were very helpful! We visited the hotel with a group of 160 people everything was working smoothy

This hotel has an amazing smell when you walk in, and I like the bright orange colours that some of the employees wear. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed my time in the very spacious swimming pool. I recommend the Grilled Chicken here, I got it daily! I heard that the buffet was great too. The freshly made omelette for breakfast were delicious! And the staff gave me excellent service, especially Sama, Alaa, Salma and Moataz Nabil, Gamal, Nada, Rehab and Mariam! They were very attentive, and patient with me. They helped me to choose my drinks, and they also captured great photos of me. Thank you so much guys! This was an excellent stay!
