Check in was very easy! Staff assisted with the check-in kiosk. Daily housekeeping is very consistent. Very satisfied with the view of Taipei from our room! Location is great as WanHua station is just next door with lots of food options within walking distance. Very value for money and will love to come back again! The cleaning schedule of the room is 3 days each time. For me it is acceptable. I love laundry service with washing and drying machine but you have to prepare 10 NTD coin 30 for wash and 20 min for 10 dollar normally spend 40 for drying . My room has no window but no problem because we travel more than stay.

It is a wonderful hotel in the Taipei city,I love the surroundings,a lots of tress and also a few trails to the Main Street. I had a wonderful time in the hotel, I hate to leave it and I wish I could stay longer.this hotel treats tons of guests everyday,so make sure to be prepared for the weekend crowd.the breakfast is great,however the dinner is over priced with unpleasant food in my own opinion. I highly recommend you to go to Shilin night market hunt the local food.the hotel employees are very helpful and polite.the hotel offers free shuttle buses to connect between the hotel and Yuanshan MRT.overall this hotel worth to stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close walk to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT station for transportation (just need to figure out the right exit to enter or exit the station), walking distance to Ximenting for shopping, there are lots of eateries nearby, Chengzhong Market (城中市场 translate to Market in the city), a local market, is walking distance with lots of local food stalls. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby area is quite spacious with some longish siting area. There is no common area to work though. We booked 2 types of room for our group. Share Studio and Classic Twin. The Share Studio comes with 4 single beds, no window, but spacious. However, the toilet ergonomics not so good as there is no space to place toiletries in the shower cubicle except on the floor. 1 bit towel and a small towel are provided for, together with 2 paper cups for each bed. Each bed has a luggage storage area under the bed, a lockable drawer, and a small compartment for storing things. Each bed comes with a small retractable desk with its own light at the foot of the bed. The Classic Twin has better ergonomics in the toilet, and has windows to get ventilation (if needed). This room is considered more premium than the Share Studio, it comes with tea and coffee, and ceramic cups. In each room a water jug is provided for, and at least 2 water stations are available on each floor. Will I stay here again? Definitely.

Location wise is perfect just beside karaoke and near to train station exit 4 and 5. Food is easily located nearby . Con - wifi cannot make it . If you need to work , this hotel cannot as the wifi will drive you crazy . I think the servers cannot cope with large number of paxs staying there using at the same time . Front counter staff - Manuel is friendly and helpful . Appreciate his assistance when I needed a box and tape. Fruitful advise given. No amenities is provided but 7-11 is just by the corner and pastry shop and all. Post office is super near if you need to buy boxes.

Spent 5 days in this hotel, overall is ok except the front counter staff isn't really friendly and helpful. Don't feel welcome every time when walk into the hotel lobby, anyway the room was comfortable so it compromised the downside.

Hotel was very clean and quite well run, the service staff were pretty good but were quite overworked at check in (it's quite late at this hotel 4pm) and replied very curtly to some of the check in guests. There's a space to do your own laundry with their machines and dryers on level 2. Theres a ton of good food within 10min walk of the hotel and even more within a 10min drive.

It's a good old traditional hotel. Nice friendly staff, generous with the amenities like water, coffee, tea etc... Breakfast was a good ********* food like congee, pork buns sometimes, noodles, with some ham and sausages. Fruits were the same for 7 days: good watermelon 🍉, guava, and pale oranges that could be better. Salad and bread section with butter, jams and sometimes peanut butter. Overall an okay filling Breakfast 👌. Nice view of the river during breakfast at the top 12th floor. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible. Willing to go back but will try another hotel next time.

It's conveniently located in the Ximen area, but it's a bit far from Ximen Station. The bus stop is right next door, so it might be easier to get around by bus using Google Maps. The hotel itself is new and perfect. The room size is also sufficient. However, once I turned on the TV, there was a strange phenomenon where it wouldn't turn off even when I pressed the button, so when I went to bed, I had to see a pitch black screen and wait for it to turn off automatically depending on the time.

Pros: The room is brand new and beautifully designed. There is a chaise lounge, a desk and chair, a small chair, and a wooden floor area. A family of four can sit and rest before taking a bath. There is also a balcony, capsule coffee, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The overall design is great, the space is large, the floor is clean, the TV channels are very popular with the kids, and the overall hardware is very popular Although the area is a little remote, it is about 15 minutes' drive from the city center, and there is a convenience store within walking distance, which is quite convenient. The parking lot is very good and parking is convenient Disadvantages: The restaurant is beautiful, but the number of seats is insufficient. Even with the split dining, it still feels crowded. There is a game area and free happy hour on the second floor. The online introduction said there were many cocktails, drinks, cookies... The location of the business travel is close to Fengjia Night Market, and there are Taiwanese snacks at the intersection before the business travel is convenient for the night. The service is convenient~ There are 50 points, because everything is bad in the stinky CI counter glasses lady, maybe the world owes her money. And in response to her not knowing the event, the lady said ”no such activity” as soon as she opened her mouth. When I showed the event copy evidence, she shut up. Instead, the male service staff on the side was very patient when assisting the CI. Secondly, some rooms are really very small, and the hanging decoration next to the bed will knock on the guests, so it is a very strange small room. The bathtub is very small and the water is not hot, the water is not hot, and the water is not hot.

This hotel is a breeze! It's within walking distance to the main station, with the river just outside your door. Popular tourist attractions like Miyahara are also just a short walk away. Check-in was smooth, and you can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, especially Southeast Asian options like Indonesian, Filipino, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Very nice room, i booked the capsule type but they upgraded to a single room instead, it was very nice. Location is very good, near taichung main station, Bus stop, and miyahara.

Location was not too far from Taichung station. Family room configuration was weird and had nothing to hang your clothes on. We liked the twin room better. Breakfast lack variety but the taste was better than other hotels. At this rate I really can’t complain though. Nice cheap hotel when you’re always out anyway.

The hotel was not near any train station ao we have to take a taxi from Taichung HSR to the hotel. Check in was smooth and the room was one of the best hotel we have stayed in Taiwan. Very spacious and clean. Comes with bathtub and a TV while you are soaking. We got a very nice room that we are able to see countdown fireworks. Hotel location is good as it is about 5 mins walking dostance to Fengjia Night Market. Walkable to convinence stores and eateries. Highly recommend to stay here.

After trying several hotels, now I always stay in Lin whenever I am in Taichung. Centrally located and best hotel. Room size is too big and breakfast buffet spread is also very vast

Good service people are nice and it's really near at the train station and bus station so it's so convenient to stay there and recommended I just hope that it's a little cheaper during weekend like for me as solo traveler I pay more than 2000 Taiwan dollar for overnight stay while weekdays they have a price of less than 1000 Taiwan dollar

Overall the location is very good, very close to the train station, but there is a lot of room for improvement: 1. The service awareness of the front desk staff needs to be improved. When checking in, the efficiency is not good. There are people in the assigned room. After the room card is opened, there are engineering staff working next to the room, and the room is not ready at all. good. You need to go back to the lobby to change rooms, which is troublesome and troublesome. This is the lowest mistake in the hotel industry. 2. All the tea bags and snacks in the so-called pantry on the floor have been emptied for a long time and no one has replenished them (please see the attached picture). Walking distance from Houyi station (there's 3 bubble tea shops along the way). One thing to note: nearest exit (exit 3) have escalators going upwards only, need to walk to a further exit with a lift (exit 2). Room wasn't very clean, TV remote control was so dusty. Hotel breakfast was meh, disappointing.

It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed. 2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.

The location of Han Hsien is very convenient. It’s only twenty minutes from the airport. There are coffee shops, bakeries, and markets, fruit stalls and flower shops in the neighbourhood. The Birthday Park is just around the corner. There is a pool, a spa and a Cantonese dim sum restaurant in the hotel which are all of good standard. The hotel is not new but it is well-maintained.

The hotel is walking distance from the nearest station. The room was spacious and they see to it that all facilities are kept clean.

They gave us a free upgrade and overall it was a pleasant stay. I saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom sink as I walked into the room though..

The place is very affordable, accessible and easy to find. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. I love the cozy vibes and the swimming pool at rooftop is lit🔥. Slay✨! There is a nearby tourist night market and the train station is just a few minutes walk away. I also love the vegetable salad and other food served at the hotel’s free breakfast. I would highly recommend this place and definitely wanna come back 😉
