best location, very friendly staff, very clean room and facilities, and with complimentary breakfast, the best value in town.

Lovely hostel, ~10 min walk to the centre of the town and it’s a lot of fun because of the stunning view of the lake. I stayed in a 2-bunk bed room for 4 nights with a man… As a girl, I didn’t feel comfortable at all. The guys were fine but I think the hostel should consider same gender policy for this kind of room. Also found it very strange that staff doesn’t give towels when people check-in. They only give when you ask. I went all the way to my room to realise the towel isn’t on my bed and another tenant didn’t even know they provided towels.

Grande local para se basear por alguns dias. Ao check-in e ao Longo do tempo, o pessoal é amigável e amigável. Entre as entidades contam-se TV, livros, jogos, casais de guitarras, noites de tema ocasionais, casais de espaços exteriores. As casas de banho são boas, embora se forem bastantes ou mais do que bastante altas, as cabeças de chuveiro são surpreendentemente baixas. Compreendo as dificuldades com isso, dada a duração do ano, mas é provável que seja necessário um piso por piso limpo. Embora EU não seja membro Da polícia divertida, com muitas notas EM todo o Lugar que salientam a necessidade de manter o ruído baixo após as 10h00, EU posso ver por que isso Pode ser um pouco galo quando o Pessoal que vive lá junto com OS convidados não cumpre com isso, especialmente Quando não sabe quem é um trabalhador que está fora do serviço. Pode ser impossível, se não for a temperatura, não é ideal escalar no MEU bunk no poço preto (excepto a Luz do MEU telefone) e encontrar um gato dormindo lá (Honestamente!) Eu gosto de um gato, MAS se não tivesse o telefone ligado, Eu Nunca teria conhecido e teria aterrado forçado.Na verdade, achei que era Muito engraçado, MAS não teria Muito aterrado. (Divertido e não brinquedo, estava assistindo não F*** com Gatos Na época e tinha descansado enquanto subi. Talvez ele fosse escrito ...) De qualquer forma, é um BOM local e é um BOM local. - Cheers!

Good hostel. Reasonable price and well equipped facilities. I would stay here if I come Oamaru again. One bad thing. There is no front desk. So guests always have to be aware of PIN that lets you get inside (even their room). So I had to bring my mobile even when I went to the toilet. If I had forgotten my room PIN, I couldn't open the door of my room.

It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the town center. The front desk staff are kind and friendly. The room is simple but has everything you need. There's a kitchen as well, so you can cook your own meals. Parking seems to be on a first-come, first-served basis, so I recommend securing a spot early.

The location was very convenient and easy to get around. The view of the lake from the common area is absolutely stunning! Can park on the other side of the road for free which is quite easy.

路邊停車，9點前免費，夜間停車很友好 一個大斜坡，箱子拖上去還是有些辛苦 樓上樓下都有衞生間，這點很不錯 浴室在一樓，不分男女 洗衣房9點-16點，這點不太友好，我們晚入住，我就洗不了衣服，收費的哈 整個設施都比較完善 對了，拖鞋，沐浴露洗髮水都需要自備 新西蘭全部都沒有牙刷牙膏和拖鞋，也記得自備 傳單被套，走的時候需要自己拆下來，丟到一樓的洗衣房 整個環境設施都很友好，值得推薦

Good room, love how there is the privacy in all of the beds with close curtain, love the closeliness and cozy of the guest lounge. Wish there is a charger place right inside the beds.

Pod set up was good having own space, and lockers were a good size, but it was quite difficult to get into the top bunks. Wouldn't be easy if you had any accessibility issues, so request bottom one if this is the case. Kitchen was unable to use at time of visit which was a problem for us. Laundry easy to use and not expensive.

Owner Esther is very helpful with good info where to see sea lion. The rooms are very well kept with sea view.  The place is far away from the city and the cafe n supermarket is about 5mins drive from the motel so be prepare to buy some food for own cooking. The kitchen is well equipment with many kitchenware, cooking stove, microwave oven, fridge, etc. Just a 30 min drive is the Nugget Point a must go light house. Along the way is Kaka point can also stop by if time permit. Surat bay is really a beautiful place to go… one night is not enough… recommend at least to stay for two nights.
