Copenhagen Downtown Hostel – Capsule Stay Review This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in Copenhagen (£80 per night), after hearing positive feedback from friends who had travelled here. I decided to try the quiet zone option with a comfortable capsule located near the hostel facilities. Pros: • Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance. • Easy access to all main attractions. • The capsule area was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I left with mixed feelings. While the location and cleanliness met expectations, the hostel’s operation style felt more “self-service” and less attentive to guest concerns. On the first night, my sleep was disrupted by a guest in the quiet zone who was both noisy and snored loudly throughout the night. It affected everyone in the vicinity, and despite some guests (myself included) gently knocking to try and reduce the disturbance, it continued until morning. On the second night, the same issue occurred, but it was made worse by a sudden emergency alarm at around 4:45 AM, requiring all guests to evacuate and wait outside for inspection before returning to bed. Understandably, safety comes first, but the timing and the combination of disturbances made it impossible to rest. When I tried to contact staff in the middle of the night, there was no one available, so I had to raise the issue through Trip.com. Although staff later offered some coins as a goodwill gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the £80 per night rate... especially when nearby private rooms can be found for much less. Sadly, what I hoped would be a unique and comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I would advise light sleepers to consider alternatives.

Um dos melhores hostels em que já me hospedei. Áreas comuns muito agradáveis. Público muito simpático. Além disso, a localização é tudo. Uma viagem de ônibus do aeroporto e você chega exatamente em frente ao hostel. A estação central de trem fica a 7 minutos a pé. PS: Jogue na enorme mesa de beer pong!

Localização incrível, a uma curta distância de todos os lugares. Bom preço e quarto limpo. Boas instalações e vale cada centavo, altamente recomendado.

Clean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

Infelizmente, nosso quarto tinha uma janela para um quintal do prédio. Por isso ouvimos todas as pessoas lá fora, o que não era do nosso interesse, já que queríamos apenas dormir e viajar mais.

Quarto e banheiro limpos e agradáveis. O hostel fica a cerca de 7 minutos a pé da estação de metrô mais próxima (Skjolds Plads), com alguns restaurantes ao longo do caminho. Uma das melhores opções de hospedagem em Copenhague, considerando o alto custo de vida. A equipe foi prestativa ao guardar a bagagem no guarda-volumes (gratuito), pois cheguei cedo devido ao meu voo. O check-in e o check-out foram tranquilos, sem problemas.

No geral, é razoável para mim. Há um bar no térreo, uma boa opção para quem viaja sozinho ou em grupo. Para o dormitório, não há cortina, o que causa um pouco de falta de privacidade. Mas o banheiro e o chuveiro são razoáveis ​​e limpos. Há armários dentro do dormitório, mas você precisa preparar seu próprio cadeado. A localização fica a 10-15 minutos a pé do centro da cidade.

A localização é muito boa. É facilmente acessível a partir do Aeroporto de Copenhague e você pode chegar bem perto de ônibus. A estação de metro também fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé. Por ser um albergue, não possui as mesmas instalações e serviços de um hotel, mas o desempenho de custo é muito bom. Este albergue foi suficiente para mim, pois eu só precisava de um banho e um lugar para dormir.
