We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff were to our needs as a family with a newborn. They thoughtfully placed us in a quiet part of the hotel, which made a huge difference in ensuring our baby could rest peacefully. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, especially families. We will definitely be coming back!

Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of the Philippines, Taal Vista offered us a truly memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that permeated throughout our entire experience. The room was impeccably clean, exuding a sense of comfort and relaxation. The breathtaking view of the Taal Volcano from our window was simply mesmerizing, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay. We found ourselves captivated by the beauty of nature right outside our doorstep. The accommodations provided exceeded our expectations in every way. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. During our time at Taal Vista, we had the opportunity to indulge in the culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurants. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine. The dining experience was further enhanced by the stunning views of the surrounding landscape, creating a truly unforgettable dining experience. We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Lee Boutique Hotel. The room that we got in was a 2 bedroom suite with sala, small dining area and 2 rest rooms which is almost comparable to rooms in 4 to 5 star hotel. Room ambiance was so good, our kids even preferred to eat meals inside the room instead of dining out. The beddings are so soft, smooth and smells good that we're able to sleep comfortably. Its just an overnight stay and we can say that we've got the relaxation that we wanted. Thank you Lee Boutique staff for nice accomodation. We will surely consider going back to this hotel on our next visit.

I was staying for two nights in Tagaytay for a bit of a rest and to check out the Alternative Summer Capital of the Philippines as a possible place for retirement: Baguio is the official summer capital, but is a long drive north from Manila. The hotel has a good location on top of a ridge with views of Taal Lake and there is a shopping mall with restaurants on the other side of the road: best access is via pedestrian bridge, as the road is very busy. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance on both sides of the road. My room had two double beds (which was different I guess…lol) and an ensuite. The bed was comfortable enough, but there were brackets at the base (presumably for connecting another bed) which were savage ankle traps when returning from a nocturnal trip to the bathroom: I was rolling around in agony and probably exhausted my considerable vocabulary of swear words…hope there was no-one in the room next door! The bathroom was very average and the shower head / bottom spout setup was of a type I’d not encountered before: if you want to use the shower head you have to grab the nozzle of the bottom spout, then pull and twist. It was apparently faulty as after two tries they replaced the entire bottom spout, but it was still very difficult to use. The free WIFI was almost non-existent: I could not get a signal in my room and the only way to get a signal was to either stand in the doorway of my room, or sit at the table in the corridor…and speaking of the corridors, has anyone seen the movie The Shining? The corridors had an eery feeling and other reviews have made similar comments about being reminded of that film…lol The hotel was clean and pleasant enough, but a bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. I was entitled to free breakfasts for which I was grateful…local dishes, so it may not suit some Western tastes. There was a swimming pool, but it was too cold and windy to use. Staff were great!

Upon our arrival, the person in charge of the reception asked for our reservation. He handed us the key. Beyond the reception area is a room that has tables and chairs for those who want to catch up with work. Lobby was impressive for an econo hotel, with beautiful artworks (did not take note nor photographed it) and impressive ornaments and jars. I also saw the veranda with tables and chairs. The room was clean and also has a local wonderful painting. We were provided with towels and toiletries. You need to bring your own towel if you want a good one. Water heating was fine. Wi-fi/internet is strong I stayed in the veranda in the morning because network signal was better.
