We stayed during Christmas season and there was a Xmas market next door. The hotel is spacious and all the necessary facilities, including kitchen and washing machine are provided.

Hotel good and up to the usual standard I would expect from Premier Inn. I was just a bit disappointed at the poor welcome we received on arrival at 2am. The lady was rather grumpy, simply saying ‘have you checked in?’ No we hadn’t as unfortunately, despite staying at Premier Inn hotels regularly, we weren’t informed that we could. Besides, the self-service screens at the reception desk were all off-line/out of service, as indicated by the signs stuck the screens. We had also just travelled on a 4 hour flight from Turkey. No welcome given, no ‘have a good night.’ Just, ‘you’re in room 18, round the corner.’ The staff at breakfast were nice. Breakfast of a good standard. Room nice and modern, a few rogue hairs in the bathroom, but other than that, would stay again for its proximity to the airport. We usually stay at the airport but as we had booked our holiday last minute, the prices at the airport hotels were extortionate. Free parking is a bonus.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Glasgow. It is very convenient to take a rest after coming down from the highlands. There are also delicious Asian dishes within 3 kilometers. The rooms are very simple and warm. The hotel is located in a small forest. There are plenty of parking spaces. When I was at the breakfast shop, I found that there was no Asian face. It was a good local experience.

I get what this hotel is trying to do, but it doesn't do it that well! I had good communication prior to my stay, a few texts reminding me. I liked the self check in screen, saves time. The room itself was supposed to be a 'queen' but it was extremely cramped, the bed was a small double at best and there was a weird single bunk bed over the double, which made the room feel so small and oppressive. Floor to ceiling windows in the bathroom were inconvenient. There was a door joining my room to the next which was less than ideal. The whole hotel was very noisy, you could hear doors opening and closing all over the place. There was a lot of noise coming from the room next door which was made worse by the door, as this let more noise in. The party eventually stopped about 3am. This wasn't just me, my colleague had to ask someone to come up and stop a party in the hallway at 1am and he was 2 floors up. No kettle, no water, pretty basic room. This would do for one night maximum IF there was nowhere else.

The triple room is on the top of the building, quiet and clean, like a castle. There is breakfast, bathroom and toilet. Stayed 2 nights. Close to the square, shopping center and subway. It is 1.5 kilometers to the long-distance bus station.

Outside looked a little tired. Very pleasant helpful staff. Plenty of parking available. Good size accessible room with wet room, unfortunately the room was at the furthest part of the hotel from reception and was a hike for someone with limited mobility, good car park and restaurant in the attached pub.. It was well used by contractors due to its proximity to a good road network . Breakfast at the attached pub was excellent, plenty of choice of both cooked and continental food. On the 1st night we had our evening meal, a total letdown. I had cheesy potato dippers, I received a plate of warm chips with some spring onions and crumbled bacon with cheese on top. My partner who is vegetarian ordered garlic bread only to receive 2 small rounds of bread with little flavour (£4:29). When the waitress asked if all was well we told her we were shocked at what he had received, she apologised and brought a complimentary bowl of chips. I had the chicken and Ham pie which was quite nice but could have benefited from some gravy. Again my partner was disappointed there were no pizzas available which reduced his options, he settled on Thai vegetable curry which was as far from being Thai served with rice and a tiny portion of peas. A costly not very good meal overall.
