The room was clean and REALLY good considering how much I paid. The location was very ideal. The guest house is close to the main areas (beach parties as well as the bars) but far enough away that you don't hear the noise of the parties, if you want an early night. It's also very close to the view point start. The staff were very nice and spoke excellent english. They were very helpful when it came to making travel arrangements and suggesting fun stuff to do! Overall very happy, would stay there again. Cannot recommend enough.

The staff were really friendly but unfortunately after waiting 3 hours to check in I found bed bugs in the bed. I had checked reviews to avoid any place with bed bugs and there was no mention of any on other reviews. I reported in to the receptionist and they changed my room right away and had a cleaner stripping the bed straight away. However there was then bed bugs in the 2nd room, to which I immediately showed the receptionist as she was still in my last room and she just flicked it off and said they will change the sheets. My concern was that if there are bed bugs in two of the rooms on the sheets then there will be more and they reside in the mattress and below the sheets too. I said I just cannot stay there as I do not want to get bites or for my things to become infested. The receptionist said sorry there are no refunds, I read at the desk that there were no refunds under any circumstances however I understand that for other reasons but this is unacceptable and this is a clear health issue and was completely out of my control. I am disappointed with the approach towards this and feel I should have received a refund as I was not there for even an hour. This would have been a lovely stay and the staff were so kind and did try to rectify the situation by giving me a new room immediately but unfortunately due to this issue I would not recommend staying here.

I made this hotel near Pier to go to Pipi Island, but when I booked a boat, it was eventually from Aonan. But I liked it at a cheap and cute hotel. There is a cafe right across the street, but it was delicious and very kind and nice to have breakfast at a family-run restaurant just walking in the direction of the pier. If you walk in the opposite direction from the hotel to the peer, there are convenience stores, minimarts and fruit shops. The hotel staff and the shop were all kind and nice.

Good room, a/c, tv, tea pot. Bed is comfy. No view from on window and view to the parking lot from the other. Once I spent the day without given water but then I asked for it and it was okay. Also when I ran out of soap, I was given a lot of everything all at once. And also hair dryer. Once there was a big cockroach but I think it’s not hotel’s fault. It has probably got inside from the street. The hotel is really close to the sea. However, this place in Ao Nang is not that touristic, so it’s good for chilling, but the closest part of the beach is mostly for boats and you’ll need to go further to find a place to swim

IMPORTANT BEWARE! We are 2 respectable women that were travelling for a short break to forest homestay. We have a strong standing in our communities, with better things to be doing with our time than this. Yet thought it important people know the truth about this venues corruption. We are a teacher and a doctor, that had our holiday ruined by the crime committed at this venue. The staff here have no customer awareness or service, they have hung the phone up on us many times mid conversation when we have tried to deal with a crime committed by their staff- who stole up to £800 in cash from our room. They don’t understand a-lot of English which makes communication impossible. This has ruined our holiday and we have had to go home. We were not able to go to the police as we are now out of the country. They are accusing us of lying about something very serious. Their cash safety box didn’t work in the room. We never imagined this crime would take place in this environment. The staff are denying any responsibility and are very rude. Highly advise to not trust this place! There seems to be plenty of other good environments that are far more respectable, with trustworthy staff.

The check-in day is that we arrive early, you can let you stay. We booked two nights at this hotel, but we wanted to stay. The elder who took care of the room, contacted the room elsewhere (this hotel is full, so I didn't stay) The service is very impressive.

We were at Peak Boutique for our honeymoon and spent 3 nights here. It is by far one of the best places we have stayed at. Appearing to be a family run business, everyone gets involved and you are left feeling very comfortable and home like. We were offered a free shuttle from the bus stop in Krabi. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They are spacious, have a gallery and the basic necessities. The hotel has a lot of great restaurants in the area within walking distance. The best part is that the hotel offers free transfers to the city every hour or so. The owner was so helpful that he even took us when it wasn't actually the time for the transfer! Once you reach the city there's a lot to look at and do, and they pick you up when you're done. All in all the people here and the service was top notch, we hope to be able to go back!

Such a cool place to stay. The staff were so friendly when we stayed & let us change to the air conditioned bungalow with only a small upcharge, which was totally fair and very cheap. Very clean with a little patio with a hammock. They provide bottles of water in the room as well as towels & toiletries. The have a water dispenser so you can easily top up water, offer laundry service, gasoline if you have a bike/car and also snorkeling gear. 5 min walk to a beautiful beach & close to so many authentic restaurants. The only place i would want to stay if i return to Koh Lanta! Thankyou :)

It can be regarded as a small hotel in Krabi Town. Although it is not luxurious, it is new and clean. The staff is good and courteous. The room I live in is located in the auxiliary building and the main building (where the more expensive river view room is located) Half a minute away, it feels like the interior has also been newly renovated. There is also a public lounge on the second floor with sofas and books; my room is not big but it is full of light, so it feels bright and comfortable, and standard facilities like refrigerator, hair dryer, WiFi All works normally; the disadvantage is that there is no chair in the room, so you can only sit on the bed; there is no password safe, so even if you go out to the sea, you have to take your passport, credit card, etc. with you. The location of the hotel is first-class, two minutes away is the beautiful riverside, and five minutes away is where the Krabi weekend night market and fruit night market are located. It is very easy to find delicious food and watch the performance; those who want to enjoy the SPA, next to the hotel's subsidiary building There is already a Panchiva Spa that offers different massage options. Overall, I think this is a very cost-effective hotel.

There is no partition/curtain in the shower, so everything is flooded with water, and there are also no shelves in the bathroom (taking a shower was very inconvenient and disgusting) The bed linen has stains and holes (we hope that the stains just haven’t been washed out..) The mattress is uncomfortable. The location is good (but we didn’t find it right away, Google maps doesn’t build the route correctly) There is a slight climb up the steps. The view from the room is wonderful! Beach towels were issued upon request at the reception, water also had to be asked each time (the room was not replenished) Cleaning upon request (but in fact only bed linen is replaced) There is a kettle, but to boil it you need to use the outlet near the bed. It’s better to walk along the coast to Long Beach, it takes about 30-40 minutes (do not follow the route Google Maps builds - it leads through the mountain)

A terrible old disgusting hotel with administrators - lying. Look at the photo - you will see all with your eyes. Never come here for many reasons! 1.The smell of the rooms. 2.The price is not in line with quality. 3.Bedding is filthy and dirty. 4.Spiders run on the walls.In bed under the blanket when the settlement found ants!! 5.Glass is filthy . 6.The quality of the Internet is disgusting, it is easier to say that it is not! If it is important to stay in touch - here you will be cut off from the world 7. There is no view on the sea, everything is fenced with palm trees, for this it is necessary to settle on the top, but we have refused - the whole hotel was occupied. 8. The roseete near the bed is only on one side as the toilet table. On the second side is an empty space. 9. Furniture and repair are very old, all scratched, the foot of the table stands on the lid from the bottle so that it doesn't swing! 🫣 10. Sewage through the open lounge right in the toilet! The smell of the sewer is nasty, plus the clear noise of the fluids from the top right at you 11. The staff is more concerned about the sale of tours and tickets than about the comfort of the customers 13. The declared balcony is not available. Written to the service of bucking support for the change of room,tk on the resepshen did not respond to requests. They contacted the Resepshen and the administrator Nuna lied that the issue was solved, although we were not even addressed.

We had a fantastic stay at Long Beach Chalet! Our lagoon pavilion room was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. For my girlfriend's birthday, the staff surprised us with a card and decorations in the room, which made her entire day! The resort itself offered a lot. We enjoyed watching the fire dance show on Saturday night, and it was amazing to see hermit crabs scuttling along the beach at sunset. The pool was a great place to chill out and soak up the sun. We also enjoyed renting moterbikes to see what lanta had to offer, as well as visiting the amazing Lanta Animal Welfare charity during our stay. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There was a huge variety of options, including cereals, juices, fruits, breads, and hot meals. Everything was fresh and delicious. However, a word of caution for vegans like myself, or anyone with allergies: the soy milk they offer contains dairy. Please can I requested that the management label ingredients more clearly and offer a non-dairy milk option, as there currently aren't any plant-based milks available. Also the vegan tofu burger should not automatically come with cheese or an egg based mayo. This is not vegan and can cause some confusion. Despite this minor point, we absolutely loved our stay at Long Beach Chalet. The value was fantastic, and the staff were exceptional. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

We are teachers and we travel with two 5 year old children for 3 months in South East Asia. In all this time we had never had such a bad experience in any accommodation. We had booked a triple room with a kitchen at the Lanta Maikeaw and on arrival we were given a much smaller, dirty bungalow with cracks where all sorts of bugs could get in. The owner had a booking message with confirmation of the most basic bungalow. We had a confirmation from Agoda with the upper bungalow. But what was really disappointing was the owner's attitude. She completely ignored the problem, as the triple room was occupied by another family. We proposed her to change the second night to a superior room and also compensate for the night we would spend in the more basic bungalow. She replied that she was sleeping and that we could but pay much more. Pitiful. Right in front of us and on the same road there are new, air-conditioned, clean bungalows for the same price or a little more. Obviously we didn't spend the second night there. We'd rather lose the money.

Great food and service. location is right by the pier where you can experience the fresh breeze. Staff was also very kind and attentive to your needs. Food is also very fresh where they select the finest ingredients. Hope to visit again.

Charming place right on a beautiful clean beach that is not crowded and swimmable. The staff are lovely (thanks, Sue!) food surprisingly good (fish BBQ!) and you can get scooters right at the place. We actually checked in to the more luxury option on this beach and then moved here instead because it felt way more friendly. Don’t come here if you want to party, it’s at the far south of all the beaches and over some huge hills to the next gathering of shops (although there is laundry and a few restaurants and a basic shop nearby). And don’t expect satin sheets or huge rooms, it is what it is and that’s a bit rustic. But for what it is, and the price, you can’t do better.

The surrounding environment of the apartment is relatively good, it is very peaceful at night, and the rest will not be disturbed. The layout of the house is good, the decoration style is also very good, the layout is very warm, there is a feeling of home, there is a separate bathroom inside, 24 hours hot water can be bathed at any time, very convenient, and there are also towels and bath towels prepared in advance. And dental appliances, you don’t need to bring anything by yourself.

Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are coming to Koh Lanta, you have to stay here! From the moment we arrived at Enda lanta, we felt so welcomed by Dany and Cannon. We stayed for 1 week and loved every second! The bungalow was absolutely immaculate. The smell as we walked into the bungalow smelt so clean and everything was so shiny and fresh! The bungalows are decorated to a high standard. In the room you have everything you could need, kettle, safe, a little desk area, bath towels, swimming towels, laundry basket, table and chairs outside on the cutest veranda facing the beautifully landscaped gardens which provide privacy to every bungalow. It honestly feels like a little community, especially with the fully equipped “Sala” (an open pavilion, used as a meeting place and to give people shade) which has a kitchen and all the utensils you need to make food if you wish. You can sit and chill here on the raised seating areas. It is so quite as it is set back from the road so feels like a little quite paradise. Our favourite part about this place was the Trash Hero cold water canisters you are given in your room which you can fill up for free at a water station in the Sala. There is also an honesty fridge system in the sala where you can buy beers or drinks for a small charge. We will hopefully be back one day as we left feeling so content and happy with our experience. You can hire a scooter on site too which is a must when visiting Koh Lanta! The rooms are cleaned daily and you can get washing done on site too. A truly amazing place! Location is great and central to shops and beaches! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
