"I had an amazing stay at this place! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, answering all my queries and questions in real-time. The place itself exceeded my expectations - it's clear that the host has put thought into providing everything you might need, unlike any other rental space I've stayed at, which often lacks basic amenities. The place was also spotlessly clean and tidy, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. And to top it off, the internet connection was fast and reliable, which is always a bonus when traveling. "The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It just felt like home. Considering it was very cheap, the fact that they did not have a free bathroom tissue is understandable. Its expansion is still ongoing, and it's very promising. I'd recommend the place."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The owner’s warm hospitality and attentiveness elevated the entire experience. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, thoughtfully maintained, and very comfortable. One of the highlights is the stunning view equally breathtaking at sunrise and beautifully serene in the evening.
The pool area is elegant and inviting, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the hotel staff and security personnel are consistently courteous, professional, and accommodating.
Overall, a delightful and memorable stay highly recommended for those seeking both comfort and a touch of luxury."

The sea view from the room is beautiful and perfectly matched the relaxing ambience of the place, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient with easy access to public transportation. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach whenever needed. I would happily recommend this place and would love to stay here again."

AayveemeyDissapointing to say the least,place wise. The pictures in their website are old ones,must be taken when the hotel just starts to operate. And no way near the present condition of the building.
Placed is not up to my standard of cleanliness. Building is old, and I killed like 2 cockroaches during our stay. Cable was not working,wifi is very poor signal. No microwave and no fridge.
On the bright side,staff were nice and accomodating. And location is good. Lots of stores around.
Sorry not sorry,but not until they renovate and do something about above issues,most likely won't recommend this place.

AAnnieztIt is both a hotel and a restaurant🍴 The location is very good, close to a main traffic road, and it is very convenient to go anywhere by car. The hotel has a very beautiful small courtyard with an antique interior. There are several breakfast sets to choose from. It is very nice to sit at the dining table in the courtyard in the morning and enjoy breakfast😊 It is clean and the service staff is also very good. Because my flight was leaving at night, I applied for late check-out and added 500 pesos.
When traveling to Davao, I highly recommend the Big House Hotel🏨
