"We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. "Fica a cerca de 10 minutos de carro do aeroporto.O hotel é muito tranquilo, o serviço é muito bom, a bebida de boas-vindas é deliciosa e o doce de coco é tão delicioso. À noite há um cantor residente no bar ao lado da piscina.É muito agradável ouvir música enquanto nada. Há relativamente poucas opções para o pequeno-almoço.O pequeno-almoço artesanal filipino que escolhemos foi siomai, que não era muito adequado ao nosso gosto. Mas houve uma salada de bolinho de arroz que me surpreendeu pelo sabor azedo e doce. De modo geral, o catering é mediano. Se você quiser sair para comer, é longe de Alona. O tuk-tuk que fomos à BBC para comer era 250P, que é mais caro que Xangai. Você pode ficar aqui no máximo dois dias, e será mais cômodo se você pretende sair para o mar."

"The Best stay we had as family! We got the room with Queen Size Bed and bunker bed. The bathroom tends to flood though but everything is good! Hot and Cold service water is available in the hallway. We got a nice view from our window!"

"We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the owner’s exceptional hospitality—Incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit, making everything smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location was also excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything we needed (if you want to stay within the city) Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. "There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈"
