Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining living with wide sliding doors onto a balcony.There are two bedrooms one with a king bed and ensuite and one with a super king and separate bathroom. This stand alone home is located near the Airport and Tahuna Golf course on a cul de sac, and the last house down a shared driveway. There's ample off street private parking for 2 cars. The house has a completely set-up kitchen (including large fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave etc), which opens into the lounge (heat pump/aircon, tv, stereo). Ranch sliders open the lounge to the west-facing large deck (think sunsets!). There's a bbq, sun umbrella etc. Also on the ground floor is one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom (shower and toilet), and laundry (washing machine and another toilet). Upstairs is another large bedroom (queen bed) and a trundle bed. There's a large completely fenced and secured yard. A private back gate enters directly into the famous Tahunanui Beach Holiday Park, which provides an off-road park like stroll directly to the beach.
