The location is quiet and safe, not too far from the city center and tourist attractions. There's a food court just 2 minutes away with many breakfast options. It would be even better if there was a washing machine 😁. This place is suitable for backpacker groups as the rooms are spacious and the beds are large. It's also great for family tours.

The place is very clean, peaceful, and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway to unwind. The rooms and facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Onsen Apartments. The check-in registration was smooth and hassle-free—the security guards were very familiar with the process and extremely helpful throughout. What We Loved: 1. Fantastic Views: We stayed in a corner lot unit that offered an amazing 180-degree view. We had direct views of the Lost World of Tambun on one side and Ipoh town on the right. 2. Comfort & Cleanliness: The apartment was overall very clean, tidy, and comfortable for our family stay. Areas for Improvement: 2. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning units took a bit longer than expected to cool down the space. 2. Bathroom Detailing: While the main areas were tidy, the bathroom floor could use a bit more thorough scrubbing to clear up minor dirt build-up. 3. Amenities & Towels: It would be great to have extra towels provided, especially for family groups. Suggestions for the Host: 1. Cleaning Tools: Adding a broom in the unit would be very helpful so guests can quickly sweep up small daily messes. 2. Trash Bins: Providing a larger trash bin (or extra plastic trash bags) would make waste disposal much easier for families staying multiple days. Overall, a lovely property with great accessibility to Tambun. We would gladly stay here again!

I stayed at this homestay and had a very nice experience. The view was beautiful, the homestay was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The air conditioning is only in the bedroom. The main room felt like an aquarium with dirty curtains instead of walls all around. Essentially, you're sleeping outside. Because of the stuffiness, we moved all the mattresses to the bedroom and five of us slept there. Even in the bedroom, the curtains didn't cover everything. There's a cafe with loud music right under the windows that operates until midnight. Then, noisy construction starts at 8 AM. There's also a construction site nearby. This place is definitely not suitable for relaxation. It's only good for dropping off your bags, washing up, and heading out for a long walk. There's no private parking, only public street parking, and we even got a fine. I didn't receive accurate information when booking.

Feeling great back to Mother Nature, with hens, cats, deers, parrot. This guesthouse is greenish and away from downtown. Well maintained by two helpful, friendly kakak. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with hairdryer, water heater and toiletries. Also provided free parking lot. Surprisingly, they sold my childhood snacks. Highly recommended to travellers and families in Ipoh.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Ipoh this time. All three rooms were spacious and the beds were very clean. Both bathrooms were also spotless. The apartment had a washing machine, dryer, and a water dispenser with cold water. We drove from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh and arrived at 10 PM. The staff were very friendly and still replied via WhatsApp to guide us through the check-in process, which was also easy to understand. There's a convenience store downstairs from the building, and it's only a 3-minute walk to Sunway Lost World, which is super convenient. Although there's a construction site nearby, we didn't hear any noise at night. We'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Ipoh to see family or travel.

Stay here for its location in the heritage area of Ipoh Old Town. Concubine Lane is the street parallel to Market St. A long time tea merchant, Leong Swee Sang is just a few doors away. The interior of the hotel is Instagramable. The room is small, basic but clean. There is no wardrobe, and a hot & cold water dispenser is provided in the common area. The ensuite bathroom is big enough and there's hot shower. The hotel is not for the elderly as there are no rooms at the ground floor and no lift. Live music from a nearby pub is audible till early hours in the morning on weekends.
