"Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations."

"This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard."

"Este é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar, limpo e confortável. Tranquilo e sossegado, longe do barulho do trânsito. Porém, fica um pouco distante de restaurantes e outros pontos turísticos. São 15 minutos de caminhada até o restaurante mais próximo. Obrigado!"

"Perkhidmatan Dari hey stay management sangat bagus, pantas Dan mudah difahami, Dari check in hingga check out.Kemudahan dalam rumah terbaik cuma untuk kemudahan luar iaitu sauna dan jakuzzi tidak ada. "Good stay with Attic home. Room is clean and bright enough. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and hair dryer. The whole imperio residence building is vacant except theres a small mart at ground floor. Carpark wasn’t thoroughly well lit at all. There are 5 lifts so you wont be waiting long for it. But i encountered one of the lift issue, after i entered, the lift jerked up and idle for 5secs before it starts to descend. Check out was a hassle as you need to go out from the building and turnaround at the traffic light to return the key. The building design isnt so ideal."

"This Dormitory hostel is one of my favourite places to stay in Melaka. The capsule rooms are simple yet comfortable, with excellent cleanliness, and bath towels are provided for added convenience. The self-check-in process via WhatsApp is smooth and hassle-free. The common area is cozy and well-maintained, offering basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a peaceful, pleasant, and great value-for-money accommodation that I would happily stay at again."

"Spacious room with sea view and well-maintained and equipped. TV, air-conds, fans, lights, hair dryer, fridge, washer, kettle, cooker, and microwave functioned well. Basic kitchenware and tableware. Very comfy 2 queen beds. There's an extra futon, but we didn't use it because nobody wanna sleep on the floor 🙂↔️a sofa bed too. We requested a missing towel, and extra toilet paper delivered quickly to our room. Regarding the swimming pool, a hundred guests were wearing normal clothes into the pool 😅. No proper suits. Easy self check in and out. I am satisfied staying at this unit because of the responsive service. Good."

"My stay at The Nest House in Melaka and below is the review:- A stylish boutique homestay with character, good decor, natural light, comfortable bed. Helpful staff who are friendly and willing to assist. Quiet nights despite being fairly central; good place if you want peace but still be near what Melaka offers. Free parking is a plus. Free snacks/drinks/refreshments in the common area are often mentioned. Toothpaste is not provide, please bring your own. If your room is upstairs, there will be stairs and no lift."
