A localização é muito conveniente, a poucos minutos de carro do shopping. O hotel parece muito tranquilo e cheio de flores. Fica em uma ladeira que sobe da rua principal, um pouco afastada da rua. Também há estacionamento. O café da manhã está incluído.
Nós três ficamos no quarto 1, que tem quatro quartos. Tem dois andares.
Mas descobri um problema à noite. Quando havia muitos carros grandes passando, o barulho no meu quarto (com as janelas fechadas) era extremamente alto. Um carro grande passava a cada três minutos, e eu não consegui dormir a noite toda. É tranquilo tarde da noite, mas o barulho dos carros era muito alto. Eles também têm outros dois andares (num total de três), e não tenho certeza se os outros dois são barulhentos. Se não, este lugar é bem agradável.

Struttura ottima per la posizione, bellissima vista su Talamone, pulita e ben organizzata. Il mare è stato una grande delusione, acqua torbida, bagnoasciuga inesistente perché ricoperto da montagne di alghe. Alla reception mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno a un prezzo maggiore rispetto alla somma che il giorno prima mi avevano detto.

La Cascina è molto carina anche se in una posizione un po’ penalizzante per via della strada molto stretta. Le camere ampie, ben arredate in stile antico, un bel giardino, ottimo parcheggio, bagno ampio e ben dotato, tv un po’ piccola x la distanza dal letto. La colazione potrebbe essere un po’ più varia e curata per ottenere il massimo del punteggio. Personale gentile

GGuest UserIt's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know.
First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome.
However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting.
When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was.
In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound.
To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations.
A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages.
Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special.
The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat.
We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant.
One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical.
Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling.
Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition.
We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us.
If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night.
This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Palazzo Oliveto in Florence, with its exquisite design and warm service, added infinite wonderful memories to my trip. The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Uffizi Gallery. The location is extremely convenient.
Entering the hotel lobby, you can feel the strong Renaissance atmosphere. The retro decoration and modern facilities are cleverly integrated, showing Italian elegance and taste. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with a simple yet high-quality design, comfortable beds, and an elegant Florentine street view outside the window, making people feel like they are in a classical painting.
The breakfast is rich and delicious, including a variety of local flavor choices. The service staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel warm. Whether it is travel inquiries or special needs, hotel staff can respond quickly and provide thoughtful assistance.
The Oliveto Palace Hotel is an excellent choice to experience the charm of Florence. Whether you are exploring history and culture or enjoying a quiet time, it is an unforgettable place.

GGuest UserThe location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well.
The room Camera Superior Montevettolini big an you have a table and kitchnet what it makes it to a superior. But the bathtowels are for this kind of B&B just funny.
The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine.
Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast!
The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.

GGuest UserThe apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear.
The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much.
And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.

GGuest UserLet me talk about the advantages. The room is impeccable from design and decoration to experience. The area facilities are very good. I can give 6 points. Even I think the photos taken by the owner are not as good as the real thing in the room. Very beautiful, very warm, very design, very dry cleaning. Net, I would like to come back to Florence for this beautiful room. There is a double bathtub, massage, terrace, drinking and eating. There is also a sauna. I saw the first time in the hotel room with a sauna. Although I didn’t use it, everything in the room was perfect. Hotel The building has a very old elevator that needs to be operated manually.
But but the disadvantage 1 is not in the special city center. It is about 2 kilometers away from the scenic spot. It still needs to walk after the tour. If the weather is very hot or not very good, people (such as me) will be a little unable to walk and there is a c1 bus nearby to the scenic spot. You don't want to wait an hour, don't sit! ! Its timetable is a joke. You never know if this car will come and when it will come, but I am willing to live a little farther for a beautiful room. It is worth it.
Disadvantage 2 is a bit unpleasant for me because although it is listed in the hotel list, it is actually a homestay, so there is no problem with the front desk. I can contact the landlord by email. However, although he can write, he can contact at any time, but after contacting, he will not immediately return to the first night of the stay. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. I didn't have hot water to take a bath the next day, so once I encountered a problem, because there is no front desk, it may be impossible to solve it...

YYunyanThe location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room.

However, the front desk isn't open 24/7, which might be inconvenient for late-night check-ins, and there is indeed no elevator.
The mini-bar is free, although I don't really care about a few bottles of Coke or Fanta; it's more about saving the hassle of buying water. There is an Italian chain supermarket across the street, which is nice.
