"Excelente localização, bem ao lado da praça de alimentação halal. Há bastante barulho da rua, mas o hotel tem um ótimo isolamento acústico. Os funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos e respondem rapidamente. Se houver algum problema, entre em contato com eles e eles responderão prontamente! Recomendo."

"Este hotel foi recomendado por um amigo. Tem um bom endereço geográfico e fica perto de todas as atrações. Fica no centro da cidade. As áreas públicas são muito pequeno-burguesas e os quartos são muito pequenos. Não gosto da sensação de estar deprimido ao entrar na sala. A porta da sala é de correr e não é fácil de empurrar. Eu estava quase trancado quando saí para tomar banho. Não consegui abri-la por muito tempo. Em um espaço pequeno e fechado, se houver uma pessoa dentro da sala, ainda haverá riscos à segurança. Não há telefone de emergência no banheiro📞! O serviço foi frio. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 22h daquela noite e estava chovendo. Chegamos muito tarde e não nos sentimos em casa. O café da manhã também é bem mediano, não tem praticamente nada para comer. Não recomendado"

"We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!"

"We chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car. Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets. The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life. As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us. We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing. We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow. Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives."

"Nossa primeira viagem a Xi An. Como nosso voo atrasou e chegamos muito cedo, às 3 da manhã, o proprietário, muito gentil, esperou e nos buscou na área da casa de família. Nos levou até o quarto e pacientemente nos apresentou as comodidades. A localização é super conveniente, com inúmeras opções de comida a apenas 0 m de distância. (Logo no térreo) Adorei especialmente o 腊牛夹馍, que o proprietário nos apresentou. Destaque especial para a limpeza padrão de um hotel 5 estrelas. O quarto e o banheiro são impecáveis! Principalmente o banheiro. Foi preparado com muita consideração, com escova de dente descartável, lenços umedecidos para maquiagem e até sabonete líquido. O proprietário também nos deu bastante água potável e recomendou muitas comidas locais deliciosas. Basicamente, você não tem preocupações. Experimente você mesmo. Com certeza me hospedarei neste lugar novamente! 谢谢房东的照顾和细心! :)"

"Quiet and well equipped room with a very beautiful view. Not too hard matresses, we slept very well. Free laundry. Very nice owners family, service is wonderful. The daughter was learning English. I suggest she keeps doing so as this would be a massive competitive advantage. Great free shuttle service. Good food. The only remark I would make, as I already told them, is to build a door to separate the smokers quarters from the non-smoking bedrooms, as the smell is very annoying notably for foreign visitors. However, giving 10 as we would come back for sure!"

"Нас встретила у вокзала милая девушка, которая нас заселилась в номер. Помогла купить билеты на канатную дорогу на горе Хуашань, а так же купила входной билет на саму гору. Проводила, все получила. Показала какой маршрут лучше. Вечером встретила и довезла до отеля. Сам номер удобный и просторный, единственное все розетки с китайскими разьемами, но она нам дала зарядное для телефона. У отеля есть свой ресторан, готовили очень хорошо. Нам все понравилось. :)"
