Depois de quatro noites, dou uma avaliação perfeita.
Primeiro, vamos falar sobre o design. A estética geral é consistente com o design de interiores, com três linhas verticais e três horizontais, além de tijolos e azulejos azuis. Muitos detalhes também refletem a qualidade, como os bordados nas paredes, a textura do papel de parede e a espessura das toalhas de chão.
Em seguida, vamos falar sobre o serviço. A equipe da recepção foi excelente, atendendo a todas as necessidades, tanto físicas quanto mentais. Sabendo que não gostamos de bebidas açucaradas, eles até forneceram água mineral especial de Luoyang. Por causa do incidente do dia anterior, eles até forneceram café da manhã (e, surpreendentemente, um ovo cozido com duas gemas).
E, por fim, vamos falar sobre o proprietário (um dos proprietários). Ele se esforçou muito para criar esta hospedagem domiciliar, e há tantas histórias para contar. Espero ouvir mais delas algum dia. Eu adoro.
Por fim, por estar localizado na rua antiga, chamar um táxi pode ser complicado. A recepção dá gorjetas e pode chamar um táxi.

A localização é perfeita, a 50 m do metrô e bem no centro histórico, mas em um beco pitoresco, tranquilo e longe de todas as atividades agitadas a poucos passos de distância. Comida e outros pontos turísticos são todos acessíveis a pé. O ônibus 53 para as Grutas de Longmen fica a 3 quarteirões de distância por 1 CNY. O último ônibus de volta para a cidade sai às 21:30 e o Didi de volta paguei 30 Yuan. As Grutas de Longmen são definitivamente melhores para uma visita noturna para as Grutas Ocidentais, já que metade das estátuas são esculpidas em cavernas e os detalhes são mascarados, a menos que haja luzes dentro (que é para isso que serve a luz noturna). O melhor horário para visitar é por volta das 17h30 e mais tarde, pois você terá um pouco de luz do dia para visitar os pontos turísticos, então vêm as luzes que permitem que você veja os detalhes dentro das cavernas.

A good hotel in courtyard design/layout.
The location is both good (walking distance to Longmen Grottoes) and bad (no direct link to motor road; so need staff to help dragging luggage over rough surface for hundreds of metres to the main road).
The rooms were near 5-star standard; but windows are mostly facing bad view.
The breakfast spread needs to improve to match the hotel & room standard. In addition, how could a proper hotel telling guests no fried egg could be served due to the electric pan was out of order.....

Absolutely wonderful stay!
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean — from the rooms to the common areas. The reception team and service staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had.
The location is ideal — right in the heart of Luoyang and just a short walk from the metro, which made exploring the city super easy and stress-free.
I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. If you're visiting Luoyang. Also the breakfast it’s so yummy 🤤!!!! I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely love to come back again!

If I could give 11/10, I would. I came on the day of the heaviest snow this year. Just when I thought everything went wrong, it turned out to be memorable. Flight delay, then airport delayed flight parking due to the snow. My booked Didi (another app) driver left. Was stuck in the ONLY didi driver’s shared car making its way from Zhengzhou to Luoyang — he drove from 11pm to 5.30 am going at 40 to 50 km/h because the roads were iced up and slippery (even his car had slid through and hit the barriers twice) . The owner added the driver’s contact and waited up all night until the early morning for me to check in and carry the luggage up.
The price, the location and the very nice owner make this homestay an excellent one — better than a hotel. There isn’t any elevators but the owner helps out with the luggage. The room is large and comfortable. He had turned on the heating for me before I arrived to warm up the room. The breakfast is delicious. The homestay is near to Luoyi Ancient city (a few minutes walk) and Luoyi Ancient City metro. His hand-drawn map highlights all the good spots. His daughter is adorable too.

Fantastic stay! The whole team was so friendly particularly the ladies at concierge - who were so welcoming and helpful with everything, that made our one night stay truly memorable!
One of my favourite cities in China, so steep in history that I recommend more than a few days to enjoy everything! Will definitely come back some day!
The only thing I would suggest is for some signage to let potential guests know where you are! We had to do some rounds with heavy luggage on a warm day and only found out the hotel was on the second level because we asked a local!
Thank you to the whole team for treasured memories!

首先位置絕了！就在清明上河園、萬歲山武俠城旁邊，步行就能到景點，完全不用折騰趕路。
房間也太驚喜了！閲景大床房空間寬敞明亮，裝修是簡約高級的新中式風格，床品軟乎乎的，睡感超舒服。智能馬桶、空氣凈化器這些細節配置拉滿，連胖東來洗護都安排上了，細節感直接戳中人心！新開的民宿，設施都很新很乾凈，住起來完全放心。
服務也特別貼心，全程都很周到，有求必應。來開封玩真的閉眼沖這家，下次來還住這裏，已經瘋狂推薦給朋友了！

We were a group of six and drove from Yexian to Kaifeng yesterday. We stumbled upon this B&B online during our drive. The pillows and mattresses were so comfortable that we slept soundly until morning! We all agreed it was fantastic and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaifeng.
When we checked out today, they even gave each of us a souvenir. We were truly touched by their thoughtfulness!
Also, since we drove, they helped us with our luggage. They also gave us excellent recommendations for where to eat and where to buy local specialties. We truly felt cared for and could relax and enjoy our time in Kaifeng without a worry. Thumbs up to these entrepreneurs! They really put their heart into it!

GGuest UserTraveling to Luoyang, this Lijingmen B&B made me experience the whole process! 📍 The location is excellent, just in the core of the old city, close to the Lijingmen City Building, within 10 minutes walk to Luoqi Ancient City and Yingtianmen, surrounded by authentic snacks, beef soup, water mats to eat casually. The environment of the homestay is elegant, the Chinese courtyard style, the small courtyard is super beautiful, the room is clean and odorless, the musk smells very good, the whole house is intelligent, and the details are attentive. The boss and the clerk are super caring, communicate in advance, take the initiative to help carry luggage, store items, and avoid the pit guide, as kind as friends. The price is full, the experience is far more than expected, and I will stay here next time I come to Luoyang!

MM255365****The owners are incredibly nice. The room was clean and well-maintained. Although the road leading to the guesthouse is a bit steep, the owner offers free shuttle service to and from the Shaolin Temple entrance, which totally solves the road issue! 👍🏻 They even upgraded our room for free, which was much appreciated. There's a TV and Wi-Fi available. The service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to Shaolin Temple. The guesthouse has three floors and an elevator. It's a great choice if you're looking for accommodation near Shaolin Temple.

PPNovit4The best hotel to stay in Luoyang, perfect location in the oldtown part of the city. It ais a beautiful newly renovated heritage house turned into hotel. The staffs are amazing, very helpful. My husband got injured during this trip and the staffs so helpful with everything to make sure our holiday went smoothly. Room was quite big for 3 of us, all equipped with smart tech. Staffs speak abit english but there is a translator device and we communicate with wechat so no problem at all.

The location is great, very close to Luoyi Ancient City, and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet.
The B&B host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped us hang our clothes to dry and even lent us their phone number to order takeout 📱.
Every day, there was hot coffee and milk tea available, and before we left, they even gave us a small gift. It was full of warm hospitality ❤️.

JJiandanjiandanaiThis guesthouse is super close to Shaolin Temple, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they even provided complimentary snacks and fruit. It's quiet at night, so we had a very comfortable stay. The two handsome guys and pretty girls at the front desk were incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtfully shared travel tips and strategies for the attractions, making us feel very welcome. They even drove us to and from the Shaolin Temple scenic area. The guesthouse offers free foot massages and foot soaks, and there's also a card room and a tea room. After a tiring hike, it was great to relax with a foot soak and some tea. There's a restaurant on the first floor, which was very convenient for meals. The landlady cooks herself, and her culinary skills are amazing! She even carefully asked about any dietary restrictions, which made me feel so warm inside. I never expected such high-end, personalized service, just like a private restaurant, where she cooked exactly the light-flavored dishes I wanted. Every staff member at the guesthouse was friendly and welcoming, making our stay incredibly comfortable.

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved our stay at LongmenShouyan Hotel. If you’re coming to Luoyang to visit the Longmen Grottoes, this is the perfect place to stay. The hotel is located right in the heart of Longmen Ancient Streets, surrounded by beautiful architecture, local food, shops, and a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the evening.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s only a short walk to the front entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, making it incredibly convenient to visit one of China’s most spectacular historical sites. Walking along the Yi River and seeing more than 100,000 Buddhist statues and carvings etched into the limestone cliffs was truly unforgettable. The craftsmanship, history, and sheer scale of the grottoes are breathtaking.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and authentic atmosphere that perfectly complements the surrounding ancient streets. The rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious and well presented, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We’re only staying for one night, but we genuinely wish we had booked longer. This has been one of our favourite stays in China so far, and we would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Luoyang and the Longmen Grottoes.

GGuest UserThis B&B is located within Luoyi Ancient City. Though the entrance isn't grand, once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. It's built in the style of a traditional courtyard house, with a rooftop terrace that offers a close-up view of the Drum Tower. The whole place has such a wonderful vibe.
We booked a king-size room with a private balcony, which was quite spacious. The furnishings had an antique charm, and waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing and birds chirping was incredibly comforting. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing.
The bathroom amenities were also excellent, with a lovely fragrance. The towels were soft and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even provided a bath mat, which you usually only find in high-end hotels. It made us feel both reassured and pampered – seems like the owner has great taste! 😉 The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants.
However, there was one minor issue: the bathroom mirror in the room was a bit impractical. It was quite far from the sink, and there was no magnifying mirror 🪞. As someone who needs to get close to the mirror to put in contact lenses, I found this inconvenient. 😂 Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this B&B! 👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe guesthouse is nestled in the old town. Taxis typically drop you off at the main road, requiring a short walk of a few minutes to reach the entrance, as the narrow streets can be challenging for cars. On the upside, it's incredibly close to Yingtian Gate, and you can conveniently park electric scooters right outside! One thing to note is that there's a primary school nearby, so you'll hear morning exercise music around 8 AM. The soundproofing isn't the best, but the numerous benefits easily make up for it – I could certainly overlook this.
Cleanliness was excellent. Just let the owner know if you need any tidying up; they were incredibly attentive, restocking disposable slippers, toothbrushes, tissues, and even facial tissues every time we returned. Such a thoughtful touch!
For service, I booked after the Dragon Boat Festival, and seeing I was staying for an extended period, the owner generously upgraded my room type for free, saying a bigger room would be more comfortable – a truly wonderful gesture! There were also four kinds of complimentary snacks on the table. The guesthouse even offers Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) styling and makeup services with a discount for guests, which is a great opportunity if you've ever wanted to try it.

JJuujuuHuUpon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window.
Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel.
The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too.
In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.
