This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying. More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say. The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic. I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. The owner is very nice - very chatty and easy to talk to. My luggage was crazy heavy and he helped me with it and loaded it onto the didi for me as well, which I really appreciate! Unfortunately I don't have many pictures of the accommodation because I was sooo busy and tired~ The area is 20 min to 体育西路 which I love going to because there's a whole basement of anime and donghua merch you can get from there! Plenty to eat too. Breakfast was simple but good and to my liking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed showering there! The heated toilet bowls really make a difference. They have cats in the lobby as well. There is only one washer and dryer in the lobby that you can only use from breakfast time onwards so travellers who intend to wash and dry your clothes there do take note~ I was there past midnight and the young guy at the reception kind of mixed up my room, and didn't tell me about breakfast either 🥲 so I only had breakfast on the last day of my stay hahaha! Anyways on the first day I was in Changsha for a day trip, and I was notified that they would have to shift my stuff to my new room because there was a mistake in the room type, which was fine by me! But the housekeeper kind of just threw all my stuff into my luggage without any care so my clean clothes and dirty airplane clothes were mixed together with my used undergarments and my books were bent :( my dresses were also still in the wardrobe in the previous room and they didn't bring it to my new room so I had to wear a dress that I haven't washed the next day 😅 but I didn't want to make a fuss since I came back to the hotel from Changsha at about 2am and understood that the owner can't possibly wake the occupants in the room to retrieve my clothes. Also the next morning the housekeeper was pretty nice so there's that! In conclusion I will still choose this accommodation when I'm back in GZ as its value for money, really clean and has chill vibes, and near 广州东站~ Way better than the other place I stayed at (M*m**nt Hotel hahahah)

The room was even better than the pictures – clean and odorless, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a log. All the appliances and furniture were brand new and easy to use. The host was super responsive and even kindly provided a travel guide. The location is also great, making it super convenient for getting around. I truly recommend it! Seriously, I highly recommend it; the environment is fantastic, and everything you need is provided. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was good. It was very quiet in the hostel itself. I stayed for 1 day to see what was interesting in the city center. There wasn't a towel, but they responded quickly to messages. The hostel is located on the 11th floor. There's a window, so the air is fresh. The toilet is just a hole in the ground though, no Western-style toilets.

The inn recommended by a friend. As soon as I arrived, I felt that my friend knew himself and it was too good. The whole space layout is very Zen, and the field is quiet. The housekeepers are warm and thoughtful and feel at home. A small detail at the entrance of the inn also gave me a little understanding of the history of this village. In Weitang Village, the villagers used to run brick burning. The blue brick at the entrance of the inn is a witness to the history of the village. The experience of this stay is like the name of the room I live in.

It's incredibly tranquil, secluded, and offers excellent privacy, completely cut off from the city's hustle and bustle. The abundance of greenery is incredibly healing. The wooden cabin rooms are clean and tidy. The wooden interior feels warm and cozy, the bedding is soft and dry, and the entire room is meticulously cleaned with great attention to detail, making for a truly comfortable and reassuring stay. The room layout is well-designed and comfortable, with comprehensive amenities. The riverside balcony is definitely the highlight, featuring comfortable lounge chairs and a scenic bathtub. Sitting here, enjoying the breeze and the view, truly sets the perfect mood and makes for amazing photos. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment is serene and elegant, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's the perfect place to immerse yourself in a slow-paced, rustic lifestyle, relax, de-stress, and unwind. It's my top choice for a getaway, and I'll definitely be back!

Five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! The sea-view room I booked was even better than the pictures. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire ocean. I could lie in bed and gaze at the blue sea and sky, wake up to the sound of waves and the sunrise in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sea-view getaway!

Absolutely loved my stay at Akana L'Incanto! The whole ambiance is just incredible – the pristine white wabi-sabi aesthetic is stunning, and every corner is photo-worthy. I stayed in a sea-view room with an amazing vista, and the private hot tub overlooking the ocean was a dream. The smart home features made for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. It's just a few minutes' walk to the gorgeous Liuliu Sea Beach, where the sunset views are incredibly calming. The resort offers a great variety of dining options, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It’s the perfect escape from the city bustle for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next beach vacation!

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was a great experience! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was; the rooms are regularly tidied. My roommates were also very considerate, with no noise issues. I originally only planned to stay for a day as a stopover, but I quickly decided to extend my stay.
