Very good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city. My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp. The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers. I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay.. Overall, think Airbnb apartment. The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators. BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

A family of four booked a double room. The housekeeper enthusiastically changed to a twin room. The room is a bit small, but the beds are hygienic. It is one of the best in Yaotang Village. The small courtyard looks more beautiful at night. On the left is the library, and on the right is the barbecue restaurant. The air in the village is particularly good. The homestay is a 7-minute drive from the cable car ride. There are 2 restaurants nearby. During the epidemic, there are few people and the software package of the homestay can't keep up. It is understandable that I will consider staying again next time.

The campsite overall is very well maintained. Because we disinfected continuously, there weren't many bugs. The staff are very friendly. I took a taxi, got off, loaded my luggage into a wagon, and brought it to the front of the tent. It looked like there weren't enough chairs while they were in use, so they brought some chairs along the way. When I checked out, they couldn't call a taxi, so I had to wait for a long time, so I used my own car to take me to a place more than 5km away where I could take a taxi. I intend to visit again. It was a very enjoyable camping experience.

Because I couldn’t book a hotel in Chimelong, I booked this hotel. There are buses from the village entrance to Chimelong, and you can also book a car at the B&B to go there. There are a lot of restaurants near the B&B. Except for the price of the scenic spot, everything else is pretty good. The decoration style of the room is Internet celebrity style. The bathroom is very large and the toiletries are complete. When we went back, the boss was very enthusiastic to help us put our luggage in the taxi. It was very considerate. We will choose this hotel next time if we come back. If there is any room for improvement, it is recommended to deal with the water stains on the faucets and other hardware in the room, which can improve the perception of more guests.

The hotel rooms look really nice and new, but it’s really not in reality. The carpet was dirty, there was no tv, the bathroom was very old style too. (Luckily a western toilet ) Overall, not worth paying this much for a night. I expected more than this… Other than that, the hotel staff was kind and helpful, and the location to the surfing area was good. At night, there are lots of other hotels near by that does karaoke, so it can be noisy.
