I am excited to share our wonderful experience at the Days Inn Market Center on TripAdvisor. Our recent stay with family was nothing short of delightful, with the hotel's warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and prime location ensuring a memorable vacation. The check-in process was a breeze, and the front desk staff went the extra mile to make sure we would be comfortable during our stay. They attended to our needs, provided valuable information about the area, and recommended local attractions and dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably throughout our stay, always making sure we had fresh towels and replenished amenities. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, enabling us to stay connected with friends and family. The hotel's central location in the bustling Market Center was a major advantage. We found it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, public transportation was just a short walk away, making it easy for us to travel further afield. What stood out most was the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were always ready to help with any special requests or assistance, and the communal areas provided a cozy and inviting space for families to relax and unwind. In summary, our stay at Days Inn Market Center was an absolute pleasure, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the area

I’d have to start off by saying the pictures were slightly misleading. I’m not hard to please but at the bare minimum the property should be clean. I arrived to check-in around 10pm and the lobby area was very dark. There was also a sign on the door that indicated some sort of inspection was taking place. I stood at the front for a few minutes before a young man appeared. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and to the point. While he checked me in, I couldn’t help but notice bags of trash in the office behind the desk. It was very messy behind the counter. The cleanliness of the property definitely was an issue during the duration of my stay. There were bags of trash randomly about the hallways. I felt like I was at a trap house. The room itself was decent but it was hard to overlook the stained carpets and old fixtures. I really wanted to like this place but it was very difficult. The beds were comfortable. The location of the property was decent as well. All in all, would I stay here again? Definitely not. The tall Sonesta Tower across the street was much better. We ended up checking out and going there.

Everything was fantastic. I guess it is always good to mention something that could be helpful. In this case it will be the annoying 6 digit plus # code every time you enter the building, use a lift (you must take two to get to the room but only one needs the code) and enter your room. So many times the code just does not connect properly and it got frustrating at time with up to 6 times to enter the room one time. I am sure they can find a better solution for future travellers (even 5 digits).

Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience. I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.

I thoroughly enjoy my stay when at the Marriott downtown. I would wish the valet parking service could be swifter as I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to arrive even after calling for it to be pulled before checking out of the hotel. Other than this, my stay was as good as it has been in the past
