Tha amazying place with a woderful owner, Piero, who is very helpful almost all the time when you need the advice where to eat or where to go. Great hospitality. The B&B is very clean and warm. Rooms are nice and bright. The breakfast is not too large but for me absolutely sufficient. With no doubts I recommend it for a stay in Reggio Calabria. I love that place!

Posizionato a 5 minuti di passeggiata dalla stazione Reggio Calabria Lido, la struttura dispone di una ventina di stanze. La mia camera è una quadrupla con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Presenti un balcone ove stendere il bucato, il condizionatore e la tv. Vi è un bagno con tutto l’occorrente: asciugamani, teli doccia, prodotti per l’igiene personale e phon per i capelli. Il Museo Archeologico Nazionale dista circa 10 minuti a piedi. In zona vi sono bar, locali dove mangiare e un supermercato. Colazione a buffet gratuita e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Ci ha consigliato un locale ove cenare la sera del nostro arrivo (ottimo), le attrazioni da visitare durante il nostro soggiorno e ci ha fatto dono di due bottigliette d’acqua per rinfrescarci durante il tour. Pulizia eccellente. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a casa! Speriamo di tornare presto!

We were in Villa Lavinia to visit Reggio Calabria after we went the English path with a couple of friends. Great welcome from Chiara, discrete and always smiled person, who has given us very good advice to meet our needs (cultural, gastronomic etc ...). The villa is very nice, elegant and stylish shabby, all furnished with the owner's idea and work. You breathe a familiar and relaxing air ...If we'll return to Reggio we'll not miss staying yet.
