we had stayed at The Gateway, Gondia for one night . We had taken three rooms. We received very good service by the entire staff of the hotel. Right from the time we did our booking till our check out, Sarita on front desk helped us a lot. other staff Viz. Ganesh, ***isha, Tirkey, Pallavi, ***oj and Priti to name a few were all very cordial and always ready to help.we had gone for Bird Watching right in the morning and were late for the breakfast but they all waited for us. All in all we had a pleasant stay. For a small township like Gondia, this is a good functional hotel. The only suggestion we intend to give is.. In few other Taj Hotels we have stayed allowed consumption of Self Bought Alcohol in rooms, however in this hotel policy it was written that ” No outside food and Alcohol is allowed in rooms and at public places in hotel. We are of the opinion that Self bought Alcohol should be allowed in the room.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The best thing i like is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior. I have stayed here 5 times and every time the staff n hotel lived up to my expectations also the welcome kit n hygiene is absolutely amazing. Thank u grand sita n staff for such a wonderful stay.
