No breakfast, not far from the cathedral, but it is very, very difficult to find, the location is not allowed, we looked around for two hours, the other side only speaks Spanish, it is difficult to communicate, and finally at the intersection of the grandfather We waited for an hour for us to meet. It was a room on the top floor of a large apartment building. It was placed in a low floor halfway down the floor, and the living room kitchen was underneath. My daughter had been hounding me for years to give the hostel life a go , obviously as a 55 yr old mum I was slightly reluctant ! Anyway my daughter and I were visiting Valencia and I left it to her to sort out the accommodation - needless to say we ended up at Purple nest As a hostel virgin I was very impressed - there were quite a few people ‘my age ‘ as well as younger too , my daughter did say it didn’t seem as ‘young’ as other hostels she’d visited ( she’s 26 ). We had a private room ( I wasn’t prepared for 12 bed dorm 😬 ) with AC , the room was small but perfect as a base for sight seeing ,in a great location , lots of nice ,clean showers on each floor - building is set over 6 floors , luckily with a lift 👵🏻😂 large communal area and kitchen with a very reasonably priced bar If I were to return I would maybe try to book the private room with terrace….. we stayed for 5 nights and slept well ( which at my age is important 😂)

Great boutique hotel. Good location and comfortable rooms, rooms are small if you are travelling with large luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival Parker Urban Flats was very accommodating. The front desk guy was probably one of the nicest and most helpful since atevojng in Spain. Highly recommend. Very clean, bed was comfy and the ac worked great. Highly impressed for the money. Will tell my friends about this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you

The hotel is fantastic, the facilities are new, the rooms are super large, and there is a kettle, just over 100 meters from the Cathedral and the Plaza de la Virgen. This apartment is not available for twice the price of the country.

The room is located in the city center, very close to the Palace of Science and Art, just a few minutes walk. The bed in the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good, and a welcome drink was also presented.

The apartments are nice, clean and functional. The location is good. But the building has a bad phonic insulation and the hard floor amplifies any sound from other apartments. Each time a chair is moved, something is dropped on the hard floor or someone walks with hard shoes, you ear it well. So basically your experience there will be directly influenced by the education of your neighbours. And, well, my neighbours were thinking that it was very important to move all the furniture around during most of the night...

We are very well located in the centre of Valencia and also noiseless. Clean, comfortable beds, large toilet and rooms and quite new. Absolutely recommendable. In quanti at a warm price very good.
