Room was great with an amazing view, really enjoyed our night here. Hosts were friendly & incredibly helpful, and the free ride to the entrance of Wulingyuan helps to make up for the homestay's slightly further location. There's decent home-style dishes on the dinner menu as well, since it's hard to find food otherwise. Walls are thin though, and if your neighbours make noise past hours, you'll be able to hear every sneeze - so pack some earplugs & you'll be all set. All in all, a solid choice for couples who wanna spend a relaxing night in Zhangjiajie.

We recently stayed at the villa for three nights over CNY and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The excellent breakfast provided a delightful start to each day, and the staff's kindness added a warm touch to the overall experience. The pick-up service from 張大哥was convenient, and the transportation options were reasonable. The room offered a breathtaking view, providing a serene atmosphere. Privacy was well-maintained, creating a peaceful and exclusive environment. The jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a relaxing escape. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was impeccable, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, this villa provides a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful amenities for a memorable getaway.

We had a very nice stay, we stayed 3 people in one room. The room we stayed in was very big and had its own unique style. It was very clean. The hotel is very close to the South Gate of the park. It's a little hidden away from the road, but they were very quick to come and pick us up and drove us to the park entrance every day free of charge. Breakfast eggs come from free range chicken on the ground and they were excellent. Over all the food was very good. It's a small hotel run by a family and they are all very nice and helpful with planning your stay. Location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The two men who work at this hotel were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast soup was delicious! A must try. The room was a good size and was comfortable, however it could have done with so thorough cleaning. The pool was a great way to wind down after a long day of walking in the heat!! All in all a lovely stay.

Hotel is located near to Huangshi-zhai Scenic Area (Yellow Stone Village). 黄石寨. WeChat with the Hostel lady owner 2 week before arrival with many days' discussion on my 4-day visit. With her advice, she helped us book ticket in advance, help us buy discounted ticket. For this, we save our time buying ticket and save some cost. We just scan our passport we can enter the attraction, certain attraction we just scan our face, and we can enter. She also arranges our transportation to and from high-speed train station. Every morning, we had home cook breakfast before we set off for our tour. I book a Family Room, consist of 1 double bed & 2 single bed with heated blanket. Bathtub, bathroom with heater and also hot air, toilet seat with heater, warm water spray, hot air for drying buttock and with auto flush. A projector in the room for watching tv & cinema show. Curtain control by remote control. Everyday given Chinese medicine to soak our tried leg. I am fully satisfied with my stay in the hostel.

The Hotel was very magical, like out of a fairytale. The resort is 15 min away from the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The front desk was very helpful especially Tim. He speaks good English and helped me book Tianmen mountains and the other front desk also drove me there. The hospitality and breakfast was amazing. There are many foreigners that stay in this hotel aswell. The area is surreal and when it gets dark it also looks amazing.

Host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He helped plan our 3 days itinerary, gave clear explanation, and purchased all our attraction tickets. Any questions were very quickly responded by wechat. We took 15-30mins Didi rides everywhere. When we came back late at night, the host offered a ride to convenience store and nearby restaurant. Our room AC was cold and the 2 double beds was spacious for us with 2 teens. There was also a laundry room. We were given 1 complimentary kids breakfast. And lastly waking up with the mountain view was amazing! Thank you for the hospitality!

Our stay was mostly for being in Zhangjiajie city and visiting the Tianmen mountain. I choose this hostel because of customer rate on the app, swimming pool and room. I took the largest room at the top floor. It was nice and spacy, but we saw the other rooms and I can tell all looks good. If I have to choose again, I might choose a cheaper one. The pool was suffering of heat and not super clean when we arrived, but the owner understood very fast and changed all the water that was very clean the next day. The attention of the owner to all our needs was very friendly, helpful and nice. And he speaks English. Breakfast is Chinese style, but the cook can adapt and serve you what you desire. The position of the hotel is not central, but in a quiet place and close access to Tianmen mountain. I still think it’s the best option in Zhangjiajie.

Wonderful host who went above and beyond. Fetched us from the airport and drove us to Tianmen mountain cable car, then collected us again to go to the hotel. Stayed in the panoramic suite. Very nice room. We didn’t eat at the restaurant at the hotel but it’s very well located to other places in the city. And very close to the airport and Tianmen mountain cable car.

Facilities: Smart toilet, infinity pool (of course, it is too small for adults to swim), automatic washing machine, billiards, tea and coffee room, kitchen, etc. It is better if there is Xiaodu smart. Hygiene: I saw someone cleaning the pool from the window early in the morning (I later found out that it was the boss). From this detail, I looked back at more public areas, which was great. Service: Whether it is all the itinerary connections before booking, or picking up luggage, check-in, and pick-up, it is accurate and timely. Environment: The courtyard outside the window is large, the space is large, the transportation is very convenient, and it is only a few minutes away from the middle gate (southeast gate). The room inside the window is large and bright. Because the house was built first and then decorated, it is very suitable for the lifestyle of modern people. This is a Tujia village. The government has given a favor and renovated this homestay. Unfortunately, there are fewer symbols of ethnic minorities and the cultural atmosphere is not strong. On the way back from Beihai, I chose Zhangjiajie as a stopover. I like to stay in Huazhu. She, so I directly booked two days. After playing for 20,000 steps, I took a bath and was very tired. The kitchen is also worth a thumbs up. The two of us ordered braised chicken, giant salamander, braised duck, and beef three treasures soup for dinner. I was so greedy that I ordered two or three taels of it.
