I like the hotel. ,very quiet and clean. The receptionist girl is a beautiful Turkish lady and we talked a lot about different touristic places such as Cappadocia, Göbeklitepe, etc etc , ona çok seviyorum !

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

Stayed here for one night to explore the city centre area and the Mount Uludag for ski, the hotel is near to bus stop so it’s easy to get to the city centre. Other facilities and the staff are very welcoming for foreign tourists. Since it’s not situated in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is pretty quiet and easy to get a good night sleep

We stayed at this hotel exactly a year ago. What can I say, well done! Cleanliness and order! In general, smoking is not allowed in the room. We were given a non-smoking room. Their food is top notch! I wish only prosperity to this hotel! The staff is friendly! Which is important! Keep up your RUBA PALAS brand! 👍👍👍
