"Cleanliness of room is acceptable however furniture is dated and carpet looks old, dusty and worn out. Definitely the standard does not stand up to an accor hotel standard. Was really disappointed when we entered the room. Will not book this hotel again if we visit madinah as there are other newer hotels nearby."

"Overall the stay was comfy,and we felt satisfied with the service. Easy access to the Haram. In addition,they able to take the order at the last minute was kind. EXCEPT,they provide us the wrong food (plain bread instead of garlic bread) for room service dine-in.Other than that,recommended place to stay."

The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages, as it is conveniently situated midway between Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid Qiba. Both can be reached on foot in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for visitors who enjoy walking. The manager deserves special recognition. "Muito bonito hotel, localizado perto de Masjid Al Nabbawi e oposto de Safiyyah Museum e Park, que tem um bom souq e muitos lugares para comer.Reservei um quarto triplo, um pouco menor do que ideal, mas limpo. O pessoal era Muito bom e útil, o pequeno-almoço era bom, e havia um autocarro regular para qualquer pessoa que Pode ter dificuldades para caminhar a curta distância para o Haram."
