Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

Excellent service and very friendly. They were accommodating with luggage storage and check-in times. The design is sleek and modern, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The price is more than reasonable for the quality. And all the nearby amenities, and especially the great atmosphere in the area. I highly recommend it.

Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.

O hotel em si é incrivelmente limpo e a equipe é muito simpática. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor e ter um pouco mais de variedade, mas o serviço da equipe é de primeira qualidade. No entanto, preciso fazer algumas observações sobre a localização. Ele está situado em uma zona franca, que é um complexo de armazéns alfandegários. Por causa disso, há um serviço de segurança na entrada com porteiros muito grosseiros. É um incômodo ter que registrar seu documento de identidade e passaporte toda vez que você entra e sai, e os táxis do Uber não são permitidos e também precisam se registrar. Você não pode nem mesmo entrar com seu próprio transporte, colocando sua segurança em risco. Além disso, eles foram extremamente descarados; retiveram meu documento de identidade enquanto verificavam se eu estava no hotel, mesmo eu tendo acabado de fazer o check-out e ter sido recebido menos de duas horas antes. Eu recomendaria informar os hóspedes sobre esses problemas.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good service with shuttle bus to airport 24-7 every 30 minutes, with the driving time no longer than 5 minutes. Uber to Monseratta takes 20 minutes and around 30000 pesos

Good location, quiet neighborhood, ten minutes walk from downtown. Going out to the roadside gas station has a subway, which tastes good.

Almost every time I go to Bogota, I will live in this hotel, or the Marriott next door The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back
