Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Highly recommend this hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, the living is very safe, the hotel is very good, the most touched is that the front desk staff is very warm and friendly, I forgot to bring the charging cable, but also enthusiastically help me borrow the charger, help me charge the phone, service meticulous, The breakfast is delicious, there is my favorite vegetable salad, very satisfied, and freshly ground American coffee, very nice for me to control my diet! The fatigue of the journey was instantly cured. Full score praise.

We stayed here for 2 nights. On our arrival, we realised that the hotel is located just behind the Yuhuang Pavillion. It is also conveniently located near the popular pedestrian street in Yinchuan. The staffs are very helpful. From the receptionist, to the cleaner and the guard too. Everyone is kind and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. The bed, blanket and pillows are comfy. We had good sleep. The bathroom was clean. The prepared bathroom slippers for us to use. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. They prepared drying area too. I give this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the location, quality of service and comfort. I strongly recommend you to stay here.

The hotel environment is superb, and the hygiene is top-notch. The room is spacious, bright, and equipped with new and complete facilities. The staff are gentle and polite, and they respond promptly to requests. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

This hotel is perfect . I love it The rooms are super cozy and staff are very service minded . Surroundings is very beautiful & quiet and in evening can enjoy the scenery in the cultural city Nearby is coco park ( mall ) and otherwise it’s easy get a didi from the road .

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

這個價格的酒店，一般無功無過都會給5分好評，但這次體驗屬實有些無語。 1，保潔服務硬闖房門。想睡懶覺，房門設定了請勿打擾並反鎖。誰曾想，保潔9點連續敲門兩次，我半夢半醒沒有應答，結果驚訝地聽到保潔直接刷卡開門了！要不是反鎖，保潔已經推門進來了！保潔發現打不開，又刷卡一次，下壓門把，企圖開門。門鎖報警把我嚇清醒了，大喊誰啊？！回覆“要打掃嗎？”我説現在不用，保潔直接走了——頭一次遇到如此“鬆弛自由”地客房保潔服務。 2，房間隔音效果極差。隔壁房住户打了一上午電話，我竟然可以每一句都聽得清清楚楚，甚至連電話對面都可聽清，吵得難以休息。後續換房後，衹要隔壁説話，也都能聽清內容，説明不衹是某間的問題。 唯一滿意的是前台的服務態度，熱情積極，幫忙把大床房換了雙床房，對保潔問題道了歉。但其解釋是：保潔是最近新招的，還沒培訓到位，“看不懂房門標識”。客房服務人員不在乎好評率，但前台經理要背評分壓力，希望體諒他們前台的不易，仍給5分好評。這種解釋雖令人困惑，但按其要求體諒，可把2分評價提升打到3分。至於更高評分，還是等其他顧客在他們“培訓好”後，過來入住再打出罷。

I chose the Berna Hotel for a business trip. The overall experience was very good. The room type was upgraded. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and sound insulation were good, and the night was very quiet. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the pillow height was just right, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is sufficient, and the supporting facilities are complete. The front desk is fast, easy-going, the location is near the building materials city, it is convenient to travel, and I will stay next time.

Very nice new hotel which located at the modern developing district. Short distance to 览山park. shopping mall with many good restaurants is not far from the hotel. Good size hotel room, very clean.
