The hotel is situated near the main street of Linz. You can easily find your foods and drinks in the vicinity. You can take public transport, tram, at the main street to the biggest shopping mall in Linz or to the train station.. This is the hotel I will recommend for those who are looking for decent hotel amenities with many restaurants and stores nearby.

Stayed at COOEE alpin Dachstein and absolutely loved the experience! 🏔️✨ The hotel has that perfect mix of modern comfort and cozy alpine vibes. My room was clean, bright, and had an amazing view of the mountains — waking up felt like a postcard moment every morning.
The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with tips for activities or transport. Breakfast was really good too — fresh, hearty, and exactly what you need before a day of exploring.
Location-wise, it’s great if you want easy access to hiking spots, nature, and those breathtaking Austrian landscapes. Everything felt simple, relaxing, and stress-free, which is exactly what a mountain getaway should be.
Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dachstein — comfortable, friendly, and surrounded by unbeatable scenery. 🇦🇹🤍🌲

Haben das Hotel aufgrund eines Asia Festivals direkt daneben gebucht. Auch sonst hat das Arte Hotel eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt an der Donau. Man kann über die Brücke direkt ins belebte Zentrum laufen, wo man alles findet was man braucht. Am Wochenende ist das Nachtleben sehr gut besucht. Es gibt eine Garage für 19€ pro Tag, man kann von der Garage direkt ins Zimmer fahren. Kurzparkzone direkt vor der Hotel, lohnt sich vor allem ab Samstags 12 Uhr und Sonntags da kostenfrei. mindesteinwurf ist ein Euro, hab ich trotzdem reingeworfen, aber ich denke bei kostenfreien Parken braucht man kein Ticket ziehen. War mir nicht sicher. Es gibts optional Frühstück dazu, welches wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Angeblich gibts noch eine Sauna Fitness, was wir nicht genutzt haben.

Since we arrived on Sunday, there were few supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and they all closed early. However, the hotel's dinner was very good, and we tasted local beer. In addition, the breakfast was also very good. The hotel front desk also helped to print my boarding pass.

A new fresh hotel. Great concept. Tasty food (dinner and breakfast). Great view over the lake from the room (6th floor - West side). Plenty of free parking spaces including a bunch of charging slots for electric cars. Motivated and exceptionally friendly staff. Quick Wi-Fi in all areas. I saw a LAN socket in the room (didn't try it though). Great gym. Sauna was open. Nearby tourist attractions are easily reached by car. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Austria.

JJackie This is an unforgettable resort, like being in a fairyland, with a lake next to it. The resort has many children's play facilities, which is very suitable for the whole family to play. On the other side of the river is Hatshepsut, the most beautiful town in the world. We stayed in a log cabin, which is rare for Asians like me to stay in. It was very romantic and dreamy here, and I didn't even want to leave. There is a small convenience store attached to the resort, which has a lot of food. The rooms have a full set of kitchen utensils and microwaves. After buying food in the store, you can go back to the holiday home and cook it. You don't have to worry about having nothing to eat. The bus stop to Hasutat is right in front of the resort. Accommodation here is twice as cheap as on the Hasselt side. After staying for the first night, I really wanted to stay one more day the next day, but unfortunately the hotel was full. The beautiful lady also gave me a free breakfast, which was the best breakfast I had during my trip. When checking out, the lady kindly asked me what I thought of the resort. I said I really wanted to stay for one more day, and the computer immediately checked for me again, but unfortunately there were no rooms available, so I had to leave and go to Hacienda to stay for one more day. I hope I can come back to this beautiful town next time and stay a few more days.

GGuest UserAfter arriving at the hotel, we paid to upgrade to a river view room. The front desk lady was very nice and gave us several room cards for us to choose a room. We also went to see the super comfortable double room we originally chose. To be honest, it didn't look very comfortable and was quite cramped. The upgraded corner window was so worth it. In addition, room 401 should have been newly renovated. The cabinet smelled like wood. If you mind, be careful to choose this room.

Facilities: The hotel is very new, the facilities are relatively complete, the kettle coffee machine is all available, the toiletries are an organic brand, very good smell. There is a bottle of water, European hotels are like this, but fortunately, the supermarket can buy it in the town. The hotel has a spa pool and sauna, which should be free for accommodation. But the hot spring temperature is not high, I can't feel the temperature...
Hygienic: very clean
Environment: A little distance from the station, walk for ten minutes, will pass through the town commercial street. But also quiet, not far from the concert hall.
Service: very good. Breakfast is seriously praised, very rich and delicious
