Regras Bagagem GOL
A partir de 14 de outubro de 2025, a GOL mudou as regras da bagagem de mão em voos internacionais. A novidade é a tarifa Basic, que não inclui mala de cabine – só um item pessoal para debaixo do assento.
Quem escolher essa tarifa mais barata para destinos como EUA, Caribe, México e alguns países da América do Sul (incluindo a rota Rio–Montevidéu) precisa pagar à parte pela bagagem de mão. Vale lembrar: nos voos domésticos nada mudou – as regras seguem as mesmas da ANAC.
Nova Tarifa Basic GOL: O Que Está Incluído
A tarifa Basic da GOL, disponível exclusivamente para voos internacionais, inclui apenas um item pessoal que deve ser armazenado sob o assento à frente do passageiro. As especificações são :

A GOL adota o sistema de dois volumes para bagagem de mão:
- Item pessoal (personal item) : deve ser acomodado sob o assento à frente
- Dimensões máximas: 32 cm (altura) × 43 cm (largura) × 22 cm (profundidade)
- Peso máximo: 10 kg
- Mala de cabine (small bag) : deve ser acomodada no compartimento superior
- Dimensões máximas: 55 cm (altura) × 35 cm (largura) × 25 cm (profundidade)
- Peso máximo: 12 kg
Fique atento: as medidas da mala de cabine incluem rodas, alças e bolsos. Desde outubro de 2025, a GOL está fiscalizando no portão de embarque — qualquer excesso vai para o despacho, com taxa extra.

Importante: Em voos nacionais, todas as tarifas da GOL (Light, Classic e Flex) incluem o direito à mala de cabine de até 12 kg, sem alterações.

The rooms are pretty good but the air conditioning needs updating. The view from the top is good!

The room is big and the desk is very good, which is very convenient for working when traveling. It is very close to the beach, just a five-minute walk away. The breakfast is very rich, with a lot of fruits. I highly recommend trying more fruits. The service is also very good. The room has lovely views to the beach the staff are very pleasant.
I only had one problem with the nutritionist called Juliana that responded to an email I sent to her explaining about my son’s anaphylactic shock to dairy and unfortunately when we got their to the hotel it was her day off but she had no one ready to cater for my son first they offered him an apple and boiled egg and as soon as I spoke to the manager they made him pancakes scrambled eggs gave him biscuits.
It was a shame that Juliana did not do her job properly causing me and my partner stress on our first day at the hotel.
But next day they where ready for him and he also had a lovely breakfast just hope that Juliana learns how important it is to get ready for costumers that have severe allergies and treats them with more respected.
Apart from this incident everything else was spot on I also called their 24 hr service and order my son some pasta to take to our travel back home and everything was perfect.DePLN 736

Located 5 minutes from the beach, the location is good, and the breakfast is decent. The receptionist speaks English, which is helpful, and they are very patient in answering questions. However, I was confused about some charges at checkout. Water and other items were charged, and there was another charge for something I didn't consume. To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool. For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way. I was not very pleased with this. Perhaps this excludes a super big crush, but the effect itself that they are blocking my way for my money is not pleasant.
A very interesting mattress, more like a feather bed. Soft, comfortable. The room is very, very dark - I did not like this either.
It is very interesting that at breakfast nowhere is it offered (no picture/message, the waiters do not say) that you can order waffles, avocado toast, or something else. Why is this kept a secret? Why should I, upon accidentally seeing waffles on another table, ask: where can I find waffles?.. I don’t understand.DePLN 1.552

The location is excellent, surrounded by hotels and restaurants. Across the street is the endless ocean and a beach bustling with people playing ball and running early every morning. It's very convenient to all the attractions! Of course, a sea view room would be much more comfortable. The sunrises are beautiful every day. Although you can't see east, they're still beautiful. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location; it's right next to Copacabana Beach, and the rooms offer direct views of the sand. It's incredibly convenient for strolling the beach and enjoying the sea views—just a short walk to the sand and waves. The rooms were clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk and concierge service were exceptionally attentive, proactively helping with luggage and pressing elevator buttons, providing excellent care throughout. The top floor offers a fantastic panoramic view of the beach, but unfortunately, it opened too late in the morning, so I missed capturing the sunrise, which was a slight disappointment.
However, the hotel's shortcomings are also quite noticeable. The facilities are generally outdated. The elevators are not only old but also have limited capacity, resulting in long waits during peak hours. The rooms only have simple sheets, without blankets, which can be a bit chilly at night. The most inconvenient aspect is the lack of essential toiletries; there are no slippers, toothbrushes, or a kettle, and even complimentary bottled water isn't provided—you have to bring your own or buy it. The breakfast was average, without many surprises, and the pool was rather small. However, the nearby expansive beach completely compensates for this, making swimming more enjoyable.
Overall, it's suitable for travelers who prioritize beach location and service and aren't too concerned about the age of facilities. The core experience is still largely made up for by the beach and attentive service.DePLN 395

Five stars because that's the highest I can give! The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! We had already checked out in the morning, but our flight wasn't until the evening, and when we went back for our luggage in the afternoon, they even gave us 30 minutes to shower! We had a lovely time at this hotel. Check in was super easy, even though it was 3:00 a.m. in the morning. The hotel is old but the facilities are maintained well. The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nacional in Rio. The location is unbeatable — right on São Conrado beach with incredible views and great beach service. While it doesn’t have an endless list of amenities, the ones it offers are more than enough to relax and enjoy a great vacation: a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.
