The rooms are acceptable but they have some problems such as the lack of facilities in the rooms and the blackout of the curtains is not good. Some light coming in from the curtains may cause you discomfort when sleeping. There's no WiFI in all rooms (I have never seen it in any hotel before). It wasn't a problem for me but it may be a big problem for some people. There was a problem in the bathroom of my room when I arrived but it was solved. The private beach of the hotel is very good and all the rooms are close to the beach and the view is good and this is the best thing in the hotel. The staff's who were working in reception were very good and friendly(only on reception), but there was some delay in responding to requests. There is also another negative aspect of the hotel and that it is very far away and there are no services near it such as pharmacies,restaurants or a supermarket , If you wanna go out, you need to order a car a long time before you leave due to the distance of the place and the security of the area. The security of the place is very bad with Uber or taxi drivers. The waiting period may reach more than an hour for the to make the drive enter there's no reason and i don't know why they making the cars waiting all this time (this is the worst thing in the hotel), caused me a lot of delay. It's very easy for the hotel to put a small bus or a golf car to service the guests and take them outside the hotel area or make it easy to access Uber and taxis It will be a good hotel for a short stay vacation, but not for a long stay. It needs some some attention and care, simple things but important and it come be a great hotel , such as but Wi-Fi in the rooms and they need to have a golf car very simple stuff but important

It's been a few days since I finally had time to write. This hotel was also temporarily booked because the previous booking was cancelled. After arriving, I saw that it was actually next door. The hotel has a beach that is connected to several other hotels. The sand is very soft, but the place is also small. The water is still a little cold. Speaking of the hotel's facilities, this hotel was newly opened a few months ago, and you can still smell the decoration when you enter the room. The decoration style is similar to the domestic Hanting. However, there is no hair dryer in the room, and neither does the front desk. It is unbelievable that a hotel with more than 800 yuan per night does not have a hair dryer. Moreover, after staying for two days, the water and electricity would be cut off from time to time, and the electricity would be cut off (for tens of seconds), and I was stuck in the elevator for a minute on the last night, which was terrible. The equipment is in serious need of repairs. In the end, the service is very good. This hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the food is okay. My friend had an upset stomach and specially cooked porridge for us. In general, the cost performance is half, and I hope to improve it.

Our vacation was very nice We enjoyed our stay in this hotel for the whole week The food is great , quality and variety Feels like you are eating at your home Salads, deserts,bakery, main dishes, Thanks to Mr Ahmed Hussien food and beverage General Manager His staff was great All are working very hard for your comfort Smiling and hard working and very dedicated and very professional All are working professionally under the hourly supervision of the Hotel General Manager Mr. El saygh We met him and we are honored to know him This is one of the best hotels to stay in Marsa Matrooh Definitely we will come back again Thanks to all the staff on the beach , for the jet ski service, animation , music on the beach , nice entertainment at night , restaurants staff, the cafe and Shisha staff, reception team, the housekeeping, reservation team Alaa gave us the best room in the third floor The rooms are very modern , very clean, the property is brand new, beds are comfortable, space of the room was very good Worth a vacation not less than a week
