About Madrid

Madrid is the most populous city and capital of Spain. It is the 2nd largest city after Berlin among countries under the European Union. History

He was known for extensive building and modernization programs in the city. During the economic boom in Spain from 1959 to 1973, the city experienced extensive development in terms of wealth and population and became the largest GDP city in Spain and ranked 3rd in Europe. After the death of Franco and the start of the democratic regime, the 1978 constitution of Spain confirmed Madrid as its capital.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is the main international airport that serves Madrid and nearby cities in Spain. In terms of size, it is the second-largest airport in Europe and in terms of passenger movement, it is the 6th busiest airport in Europe.
