The staff were very kind, and the location was quite close to many things in the city! I enjoyed the view from my window, and I liked that a pool was included (though, I didn't get a chance to try it). The surrounding area is not one that I would advise exploring at night as a single female, but it was great during the day time! The breakfast was a bit disappointing, as it was just toast and juice. However, it was a great price! I would stay again!

I stayed there for two nights before the Loy Krathong Festival this year. The hotel is in the ancient city, not far from Thapae Gate. The service provided by the front desk lady is very standard, and you can tell at a glance that she is well educated. The fat and tall security guy at the hotel is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help with the luggage. One night, because I didn't book a room and the surrounding area was fully booked, the fat and tall security guy on night shift took the initiative to help me solve it. I would like to express my gratitude. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot provide Chinese services. Of course, I will stay here again in the future.

The family-style apartment House and Home Residence is the first time I checked into the hotel. The location is a bit far away from the ancient city and other tourist attractions. It is suitable for self-driving tourists. There are many authentic restaurants opposite the hotel with a wide variety of choices suitable for people of any nationality. The front desk staff, the housekeepers, and the breakfast staff were all lovely, well-mannered, and helpful. Overall, the room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the equipment was not convenient, such as the bathroom, which had little usable space and was wet. The towels had a bad smell. We asked to change them, but they still had a bad smell. We didn't dare use them. The doors to each room were very loud when they opened and closed. We were startled all night and all morning. There was no cardboard, only rolls of paper. The hotel needs to improve urgently.
