Every hotel the laundry bag is free for customers. But this hotel is charge extra the laundry bag . I stay 2 day on 19/4 i got use them laundry bag go outside wash clothes then no bring back . 20/4 i got check out them charge extra me 6 USD . And noon 20/4 i got check in again stay 1 more day . 21/4 got check out and give back them the laundry bag . Them no give return and no refund money . 2 receptionists stood lauging talk to customers is money in company cant return paid cash maybe can return but bank in cant . And other said paid cash also cant refund because alr in to company . First time see got hotel charge the laundry bag .

Este hotel é Como um clube de campo, TEM um curso de golfe Nas instalações, tudo é Muito bonito, as quartos são Muito grandes, e a cama é incrível, a casa de banho TEM pressão de água muito boa e um tamanho excelente, a minha TEM também um banheiro, o pequeno-almoço está OK para OS visitantes ocidentais, a piscina é realmente agradável, geralmente este é um excelente hotel e definitivamente inferior

Os quartos são muito bons e limpos, não tive nenhum problema. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos, eles realmente querem ajudar durante toda a sua estadia. O café da manhã é delicioso e farto, até tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar o serviço de jantar e foi ótimo ^^ muita variedade no cardápio e o serviço foi rápido e excelente. A única coisa que tenho a dizer é que fica um pouco longe de restaurantes. Eu, particularmente, não me importei de caminhar um pouco para procurar opções, mas é uma caminhada considerável. Nada muito assustador, a região é muito amigável e acolhedora 😅

This hotel is perfect if you want to relax. A quiet place with a lot of plants and garden. A lovely green resort. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. A special thanks goes to Hoàng. He was very friendly and helpful.

Este hotel foi incrível! A piscina estava limpa e os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O serviço de quarto precisava ser avisado com antecedência, o que não sabíamos, mas depois de descobrirmos, sempre recebíamos toalhas, garrafas de água e bananas. Fica a 15-20 minutos a pé do centro, o que é fácil de fazer depois de uma noite fora. As opções de café da manhã eram ótimas, tanto asiáticas quanto ocidentais :) Obrigada pela estadia maravilhosa.

We stayed at the hotel for a short time and don't know the hotel facilities. But the price was reasonable. For the location, I think it is better than other hotels, there were some resutaurants and near to shopping mall.

Rooms very clean , owner was great help as English was low , only issue was that when she wasn’t around the young son didn’t understand much and made it frustrating to get any assistance with small things like toilet paper or shower gel , apart from that great location and shower room with bath was fine

After four days in Ha Giang, we really needed a comfortable bed, and this place delivered. The room was spacious, the bathroom had good ventilation and strong water pressure, and everything felt clean and easy. The location is very convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to Hoa Lu Old Town. You can also rent a bike easily and spend the day around Tam Coc. Breakfast was very nice. You can choose Vietnamese or Western options. We had pho on the first day and bún chả on the second, both tasty. Thank you for a great stay!
