Can't say enough good regarding Tru by Hilton in Martinsburg. Everything from the location, service, rooms, amenities and the friendly and helpful staff are all far and above what I've come to expect from a hotel stay. Moreover, they have the best coffee and the fastest elevators on the planet.

The hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

A sala estava um pouco limpa.As janelas tinham tintas.O chuveiro era suposto ser deficiente, MAS não era.O chuveiro não TEM espaço para ficar e chuveiro, então você TEM que colocar o banco construído para banhar. As cadeiras de rodas não podem rodar para este chuveiro, então você Precisa levantar a pessoa para o chuveiro. O pequeno-almoço foi decente. Ovos cozidos, waffles, cereais, donuts, bagels, OJ, cranberry e sumo de maçã, salsa seca e biscoitos.

Grande Valor Stopover nas Highlands!
O Microtel era UMA excelente parada confortável EM nossa viagem de Fort Wayne para DC. Localizado I-70 Na Alta Terra, ele era perfeito para acesso fácil.A sala era **limpa e tranquila **, exatamente o que precisamos para um descanso rápido. O pessoal era amigável, e o pequeno-almoço gratuito nos trouxe de volta à estrada rapidamente.Recomenda-se UMA noite de stress livre e amigável!

There was a sock and used razor on the ground when I just checked in. Otherwise everything was fine. Parking was $16 after tax. It’s behind the hotel. The entrance parking was full when I got there. 2 free drinks 5:30-7pm and breakfast included. Omelette bar was pretty good. Staff generally were very friendly. Pictures are the view from my room.

Amazing
MMandiPerfect getaway with my bestie! The hotel is gorgeous and you can tell the owners really care about the hotel and its appearance. The attention to detail is marvelous. It is reminiscent of a luxurious 1920s hotel. Think old Hollywood charm, but with all modern amenities. Free and ample parking. I stay exclusively in the Blennerhassett hotel when visiting Parkersburg. We called down to the restaurant to have brunch delivered to the room and also had dinner on the patio while a bluegrass band played. The food was hit or miss but the service was excellent and prices reasonable. Scott was our waiter and he was incredibly charming. Very sweet and made us laugh. This hotel rivals Omni hotels I have stayed in that are 3x the price. The gift shop has a self checkout option which was perfect for grabbing a last minute souvenir. The room and linens were so clean and cozy and the robes so luxurious that we decided to forego our morning plans to lounge around in the room. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel and have already booked my next stay when I’ll be attending the Blennerhassett by candlelight event. There are also tons of events hosted by the hotel. I intend to bring my girlfriends and my mama to the womens getaway weekend in April. The hotel is more than accommodations when visiting, it’s worth traveling just to visit the hotel. 10/10

GGuest UserThis was a one night stop over for us. Situated up off the road so was quiet and no bright lights shining into room. Front of house staff friendly and quick to help when we needed extra bedding and towels (not enough supplies upon arrival even though booked months in advance). Whilst everything appeared clean for the most part, the shower and toilet area had body hair all over it, and carpet in room had bits all over it including a dead bug or two. Water out of tap tasted like mould. Breakfast included warm food like waffles, omelettes and sausage patties. This place isn’t the Ritz, but it did the job, but I’d try another hotel before coming here again.

GGuest UserGreat people and service came out to get breakfast and the maids were coming on shift one asked me if I needed anything I said yes and switched my towels out other than that left my room alone while I stayed which I find to be nice and gave a since a security and a respect for my belongings especially since I did not have to worry about nobody coming into my room and stealing my stuff. As for the breakfast it was nice but simple I would make one suggestion and it is adding a fruit basket so someone can have a banana or something but other than that kudos if I ever come back to this town I'll be coming here price is very reasonable thank you

GGuest UserGreat Hotel, 5 stars in all categories. We needed a pet friendly hotel and this Hampton Inn & Suites was just that. Front desk allowed an early check- in when we arrived early from our road trip and put us in a room on a lower level to make it convenient for taking our senior citizen furr ball outside. All day fresh coffee was awesome and the hot breakfasts each day was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Morgantown.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the cave we went to, the room was very clean, we had a good rest. The breakfast variety is also good, and the price/performance ratio is super high. I will stay here again next time.

Microtel was an excellent, convenient stop on our Fort Wayne to DC trip. Located right off I-70 at The Highlands, it was perfect for easy access. The room was **clean and quiet**, exactly what we needed for a quick rest. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast got us back on the road fast. Highly recommended for a stress-free, budget-friendly overnight!

JJennifer MosierWe stopped in as part of a longer trip and we're very happy we chose this hotel! It was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and hot water was welcomed after a long trip. Friendly and efficient check in and out process. Hot buffet breakfast was very good. The location was convenient. Overall this hotel was a great choice!
