I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Everything perfect. I love staying here. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Always do everything they can to accomadate requests. The breakfast is the best. Garden lovely. And literally 2 mins walk from the Stupa. Pata restaurent next door is also very nice.

Eu tive UMA estadia maravilhosa Neste hotel Durante a minha viagem para o Nepal.A qualidade excedeu as minhas expectativas de todos modos.A sala estava espaçosa, confortável e impecavelmente limpa, oferecendo um retrato perfeito após muitos dias de exploração. A localização é absolutamente fantástica – no centro da cidade, o que tornou incrivelmente conveniente andar e comprar bens locais na cidade. O que EU gostei especialmente era a proximidade de vários restaurantes chineses perto, todos eles oferecendo comida deliciosa a preços muito razoáveis. O pessoal Fez a nossa experiência especial, eles eram amigáveis, eles eram gentis o suficiente para armazenar nossa bagagem enquanto nós fomos para o EBC.

Nice, clean rooms, big comfy bed and pillows. Shower was okay. Water did not get hot, lukewarm at best and refrigerator was not cold at all, I almost thought it was broken. Food was good if you stick to Nepali and Indian food options, but lassis were watered down. Drinks were also not cold. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, but I had two instances that really turned me off. They have a free buffet breakfast, but if you opt to skip it, they call you very early in the morning to ask if you're coming or not. This disturbed my sleep several times until I asked them to stop. Today was also my last day here and although check out is at 3pm, I received a call from reception at 10:30am asking when I'd be leaving. He informed me that a big group would be arriving and told me that the check out time was noon, when it was clearly stated otherwise online. He asked if I'd be staying another night instead as if I was bartering to not be pushed out of my room before check out time, when I was right. I've never had such an experience before and have traveled all over the world. Such a lack of professionalism and tact. That is not how you treat guests at a 4 star hotel. Not recommending this hotel to anyone!

I love this hotel. Sparkling clean room & toilet. Spacious family room suits my family of 4. Warm hospitality & prompt service from the hotel staff Plus point, walking distance to Thamel tourist spot , shopping areas & new Hard Rock Cafe. And the hotel can arrange the airport transfer with one complimentary pick up. I did go to Mountain Flight to see Mt Everest, booked directly with the hotel - the greatest experience ever. The hotel also arrange our half day trip to Nagarkot. You name it - they can do everything you wish! Will come back here again if I come to Nepal. Thanks Arayatara!

Me and my mum recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Boutique Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is close to the airport which is quite convenient. The staff was professional,welcoming and attentive. The check in went smoothly. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. Food provided was fantastic. All the services were top notch. Taxi services are also available through hotel if you need to go places during your stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free stay. Staff members always happy to go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

O restaurante de Linha de céu é o melhor no pôr-do-sol deste hotel.Eles têm um chão de vidro transparente para ver tudo sob seus pés. Muitos locais também se vestim e virem aqui para desfrutar Da visão de milhões de dólares. Você também Pode desfrutar do pequeno-almoço de buffet no mesmo restaurante se você ficar aqui. Usei a piscina e sauna no nove andares.O pessoal lá está muito atento e amigável.Sinto-me Como UMA rainha lá! A sala é muito limpa e cheira bem!Estou surpreendido com o sistema A.C. Acredite que é muito raro encontrar em Kathmandu! Tudo é Muito BOM desde o início do check-in até o final.Eles têm transporte gratuito para o aeroporto. Por isso, recomendo que reservem as últimas noites no Nepal e desfrutem de UMA noite relaxante!

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. This is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb. Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong. Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means.
