Most of the hotel staff service is great especially the Pak Cik that works at the luggage storage counter. Walking distance to Shopping mall and public transport but I don’t think it is as convenience as The Curve Branch. The room looks old and I saw several stain on the bed. The room soundproof wasn’t that good but luckily I get to have room that is far away from the lift and higher floor as requested so less likely to be noisy. Some towel seems like have been using for a long time as it looks grey. There is issue with the lift 10th floor button as well. Overall, I don’t think it meets the standard of a five star hotel.

Sinceramente, a primeira coisa que me chamou a atenção foi o quiosque de autoatendimento para check-in, que não estava funcionando bem. Havia um funcionário sentado lá, mas ele só prestou assistência quando a máquina apresentou defeito, em vez de ajudar proativamente. A localização é boa, a cerca de 20 minutos do aeroporto, o que a torna adequada para passar uma noite antes ou depois de uma viagem. O quarto estava razoavelmente limpo e aceitável pelo preço. Há também uma barraca de comida mamak 24 horas nas proximidades, então conseguir comida não é uma preocupação. No geral, é uma opção econômica decente para uma estadia curta em trânsito.

Check in was smooth, the room is clean. Decent amenities but since we got kitchen at the apartment, the plates and utensils were not available making it quite hard to adjust. Breakfast was okay. No complaints. Winning point is ladies swimming pool :) My family enjoyed. Would def stay again.

My Malaysian retiree friend recommended this hotel which is connected to 1U mall via linked bridge, and 30% cheaper for us compared to the other hotel in the mall. We arrived after midnight via coach, it helps that it is walking distance from transportation hub. The room is clean, free mini bar and room was made up nicely everyday.

very good for this price, parking provided at LG2 but quite limited, clean hotel room, amnities complete (toothbrush, showercap, comb, towel, instant coffee and tea), got tv, small fridge, aircond, kettle, 3 plug (1 near bed and 2 near dressing table). Iron provided outside, at the corridor, they gave bottled drinking water but incase not enough, there is water dispenser outside as well. Breakfast also provided is what impress me. Got 2 type of fried noodles, fritters, fries, sausage, orange juice, hot coffee and tea, if you opt for light breakfast, you can make toast too. Recommended 👍

I stayed at Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA and had a very comfortable experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, as the hotel is connected to the airport by a covered walkway. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a long flight. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The swimming pool area was pleasant, although the water was quite cold. The hotel also has a spa and wellness area, with separate sections for men and women. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of both local and international food. Overall, it is a very convenient and comfortable airport hotel.

It’s was a good choice for budget wise .Room was quite small compare to other hotel room. Location are good as just next to water park and near i city central mall. Breakfast buffet nice have more options .

Ao lado do aeroporto. Não tem muita sinalização dentro do aeroporto como outros hotéis. Tive de perguntar para os seguranças. Um bom quarto com internet. Buffet um pouco reduzido mas staff muito atencioso e gentil. Local bem cuidado e agradavel
