Hotéis com breakfast em Quintana Roo, Mexico

The location is great. The parking lot is just opposite the hotel. The room is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The beach is wide and there are few tourists. I saw the most beautiful sunrise. The large balcony is surrounded by green plants and is very suitable for sunbathing. It is quieter than other hotels at night. The double shower can take a shower at the same time. The hotel thoughtfully prepared three large bottles of drinking purified water and a woven bag for going out... I like Tulum starting from the hotel.

Instalações lindíssimas, atendimento ao cliente muito atencioso, mas sem ser invasivo. Se você quiser ficar sozinho, ninguém vai te incomodar, mas se precisar de alguma coisa, basta enviar uma mensagem para a recepção pelo chat. O restaurante é muito bem apresentado e tudo é delicioso, até mesmo no café da manhã. O único ponto negativo, para mim, é que fecha cedo. O lugar é encantador.

This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

La habitación era bastante grande, contaba con un salón con sofá, la habitación que era independiente del salón y el baño que era bastante espacioso. Holbox no es un pueblo muy grande por lo que, estas cerca de todo en este hotel, pero no estas dentro de la zona de bares, restaurantes y a unos 5 minutos andando de la playa. De noche se me hizo un poco oscuro el camino al volver al hotel. Asi que bueno, si buscas tranquilidad y comodidad a buen precio, esta bastante bien.

部屋まで波の音が聞こえるので大自然を感じる事が出来ます。 少し残念だったのが部屋のお水が有料だった事です。水道水は無料であったけど、ボトルウォーターも無料だとありがたかったです。 部屋からも海が眺められるので総合的にはとても満足しています。 蚊がたくさんで沢山噛まれてしまいましたので、虫除けスプレーなど持参がおすすめです。

Initially our room was not very nice- damp bed, broken toilet handle, intermittent hot water and generally tired. However the management did address the issues by moving us to another room. The maids did a lovely job at creating new animals out of the blankets and added flowers on arrival. Unfortunately the first evening meal was a disaster. One main meal was overcooked and served before starter (which was incorrect) and the 2nd main meal was served incorrectly twice. Finally, the front desk resolved some of the issues but no ‘compensation/ token, for the errors was offered.  The following days were better, the breakfast was good and the staff made an effort to make our stay better. Although the hotel needs some renovations it was a chill and pleasant stay. Small beach but sunsets were beautiful.

O hotel é muito bom. Reservei com alguma apreensão. Mas o resultado final é muito satisfatório Instalações: Para ser honesto, as instalações são um pouco antigas, o ar condicionado no escritório frontal não está frio (a sala estará fria).No primeiro dia, descobri que a torneira estava quebrada. Vários buracos no teto do chuveiro foram bloqueados, causando acúmulo de água. Limpeza: Muito limpo Ambiente: O ambiente do hotel é muito bom Tem a sua própria praia de areia fina, muitos guarda-sóis e muitos locais para se deitar. Há um total de quatro hotéis, dois dos quais exigem reserva. Geralmente, você pode agendar, desde que faça agendamento com antecedência. O hotel que reservei é mais delicioso, principalmente o restaurante do pôr do sol, o churrasco, a massa e até a salada estão todos acima do padrão. Serviço: As pessoas do Amigo são muito legais. Nós não lhes demos gorjetas especiais. Eles também ficaram muito entusiasmados.

Interfone Muitas camas de praia e guarda-sóis, extremamente limpos, não designados para que pessoas de outras propriedades venham e usem, os garçons oferecem constantemente comida/bebida NÃO grátis 100 pesos para corona, comida mais do que em casa no Canadá cerca de 300 pesos para asas ou hambúrguer ou tiras de frango . Peixe acabado de cozer 750Pesos/kg, 3 tacos-300pesos. Buffet minúsculo, se você acha que terá fileiras e mais fileiras de comida, pense novamente, pode ter um buffet de 20 pés de comprimento, EXATAMENTE a mesma comida por 10 dias (brutal). Uma pessoa trabalhando na estação de omelete com espera mínima de 12 minutos. você assina um recibo de 1100Pesos, não conseguia entender o porquê, então depois do 4º dia estávamos recebendo serviço ZERO, sim, nem oferecia uma xícara de chá / café, acabei descobrindo, eles esperam uma gorjeta de 10% sobre os 1020Pesos (custo do café da manhã para 2 pessoas), então 100 pesos cada vez que você come (NÃO estou brincando), então nossas gorjetas de 20 a 50 pesos foram suficientes! Para jantares, SEMPRE saímos dos resorts quando estamos em Cancún, porque há tantas opções ótimas, este hotel não fica a poucos passos de restaurantes como Harry's, Mono, Ilios, mas a estação rodoviária fica do lado de fora (12 pesos em cada sentido) Quarto de frente para a Lagoa, que é a estrada principal, pode ouvir TODOS os carros, pessoas conversando, tão barulhento dia e noite, além disso, nosso quarto ficava ao lado do quarto do zelador, então entrava e saía batendo a porta e falando no rádio das 6h às 18h (BRUTAL!) chuveiro é grande, pia flutuante, colchões duros como pedra, mas lençóis são super brancos, AC funcionou bem, 2 piscinas, restaurante e bar da piscina vazios. Muitas camas disponíveis, Check in/out super rápido e pessoas da recepção são extremamente prestativas! Então tem posto de gasolina do outro lado da rua a cerveja custa 25 pesos, tem supermercado a 7 minutos a pé a cerveja custa 15 pesos e tem frutas frescas, bebidas, jarras de água Basicamente, se você está procurando uma experiência mexicana com tudo incluído, comida / bebida barata, NÃO é isso! Se você procura um refúgio tranquilo com preços mais altos, mas ainda está no México, este é o lugar para você! Se você procura a mesma areia e tudo incluído, definitivamente precisa procurar outro lugar, a menos que não se importe em fazer compras em suas férias. Eu voltaria a este local - duvido, simplesmente não faz sentido para mim no sentido da experiência no México! Definitivamente, não estou com vontade de gastar mais $ do que em casa
